The machines etc all have instructions but we were pleasently suprised by the fantastic customer service we received. When we took our washing in we were a little confused on which machine etc to use, the lovely lady came over without us having to ask for help, she could see we were unsure and helped us with which machine to use,how much we could load in the machine the cycle we required and were we put our detergent and fabric softner. Thank you so much for being so helpful and welcoming makes such a difference.

My bedding was still dirty and stains on it and it didn't smell fresh at all I had to redo it at another washouse..I was disappointed as it was a treat at £9.50 and I provided my own liquid detergent. Which was still full in bottle like it had not been put in washer .the lady was nice etc but the bedding was awful I used this because some years ago I took my own washing there when mine broke but I washed it myself in washer and dried it too ..never mind bad luck I guess

I own a Cleaning Company and have been using the excellent services of Carmel and her team for 5 years now. I honestly could not manage without them. They service wash for my clients, as well as launder our cloths to enable us to carry out our duties. We ask them to do around 7 large loads a week and they never let us down. I also use their services for drying my own clothes and duvets . Great staff, reasonably priced and faultless service. Highly recommended

As a newbie to the whole launderette world, I found this place fab. Lovely lady helpted me get to grips with the ropes. Had change. Lovely and clean place. Machines did a fab job. They have some really big washing machines too for large loads which helps keep costs low. £5 for one large load (would have been 4 loads in my old 6kg home machine) took 30 mins ace. Dryers big too £2 for 20mins and can top up to keep going. Will def use again. Really lovely place.

Fantastic service from Carmel, going the extra measure of kindness and helpfulness when our washing machine broke and she was helping us out with a wet heavy load of half washed washing, in a hurry! Highly recommend.

I’ve been taking big service washes here for years. The ladies that run it are always friendly and incredibly helpful and can get an incredible amount of washing done in just a few hours. Highly recommended …

First but not my last visit the lady who was on duty was very friendly and helpful . Two loads including bedding and towel washed and dried in under 1.5 hours. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

Very helpful staff and so efficient. Our washing machine has broken down and we can’t replace until we get our kitchen fitted out. With space to park and fast turnaround, I highly recommend this launderette.

Took my duvet in today, lady was very helpful and professional. Really helped me and even suggested how to remove coffee stains. I highly recommend this launderette. I will certainly be returning.
