I have been to multiple great professionals in the area, and have trusted ones I usually opt for. Unfortunately due to needing to be seen asap, I could only find the option of booking with Lee Poole at Lifecare Croydon. I was really disappointed with his lack of knowledge and service. I essentially paid $110 for him to rub some sorbolene on my leg for 30 seconds, and advise me to ‘maybe add ice or maybe some heat’ and do some crab walks or wall sits. I asked if there was anything he could actually do to relieve some pain, and he seemed surprised I wasn’t satisfied with the sorbolene. It was blindingly obvious he had no clue what he was doing. I understand everyone needs to start out somewhere, perhaps the clinic could offer some further guidance and training for their staff, ensuring they are offering experienced, accurate and professional service.

Before I went to see Nick I have been going to other healthcare providers by about my left knee. They said rest the damaged knee and don’t exercise. Don’t walk. After multiple visits there were no improvements. I was getting frustrated as they weren’t offering a plan to improve mobility. Staff at LifeCare Croydon recommended Nick. I can’t thank them enough. Nick listened, did a thorough hands on assignment of my knees, and provided an exercise plan. The exercises were not easy and tiring. But within a week I was able to get out of chair without grabbing support. Walk around without needing painkillers. He waited till I was ready before amending my exercise plan with more intensive exercises. Now I can drive long distances. This man has given back my life!

I have been attending the lifecare Croydon for over 11 years. They have amazing physiotherapists and physicians. I do martial arts and some weight training. As a result, I do sustain some injuries from time to time. The Physio Gary is amazing great knowledge. Gary is also a pro athlete, so he helps you not with your recovery and treatment but shows you the right way of executing the exercise. Gary introduces me to Physician Dr Omer Gozubuyuk who help me with my lower back and Boulding disc injury. I was able to return to the train. I am very grateful for Gary and Dr Omer. Lifecare Croydon's front-line reception staff are also helpful in welcoming people. I highly recommend this clinic if you live in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

I have been to Lifecare Croydon multiple times now could not be happier with the service they provide. I have been seeing Lee Poole, who I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an expert physiotherapist. He has been really impressive, always getting to the cause of my sporting injuries, and where to start recovery. Whenever I see him he makes sure no stone is left unturned. It fills me with a lot of confidence making sure I get the most accurate treatment. All round friendly and professional staff. I always feel better after leaving here. Thankyou!

I have seen 3 different physiotherapists at lifecare over the last 15 years (cause I'm uncoordinated, not cause they're bad). Everyone I've seen throughout my appointments have been phenomenal, inclusive of the lovely reception staff. Singular greatest group of physiotherapists in Melbourne. Very good communication, very understanding and patient. Would (and I do) recommend to everyone I know.

I was recommended Lifecare by my mum because of her good experience. I was a bit nervous to try a new physio due to having bad experience elsewhere. I am so glad that I have given Lifecare a chance because Nick Meffin is been so patient, understands me/my anxiety and very motivated. For the last 5 months Sammie has been mine and my partners physio for our Pilates classes. She has been amazing, inspiring and supportive. We have loved every challenge and loved her demeanour while teaching us. We unfortunately had to give up classes for a bit due to family circumstances, but can't wait to get back to working with Sammie again in the future

I started seeing physiotherapist Beth Scott to discuss my options for staying active when pregnant and she was AMAZING. After I gave birth she was the health professional who devoted the most attention to my recovery. I am so thankful for her guidance through this big change to my body and now feel confident getting back to the activities I love!

If you are after a podiatrist I highly recommend Philip. Not only is he very knowledgeable and educated, he really cares and makes you feel comfortable right away. Philips knowledge with orthotics is fantastic and he ensures to get them just right. Whatever your feet issues are I am positive he can find a solution.

If you need physio, this is the place to go. Lovely team, i see Janine for my left ankle for treatment from an injury back in 2018 (fractured ankle), she has been amazing and my ankle feels better with the excerises provided which has helped me alot. I would recommend anyone that needs physiotherapy to come here.

I was not impressed with my initial podiatry appointment. $99 for 15 minutes. I feel that the podiatrist was rushed and didn't have a very good rapore. Update. Spoke with the Dr who treated me. Discussed my concerns was offered a free review treatment and had my concerns treated. Upgraded review to 4 stars..

I have been seeing Scott Cameron (podiatrist) there for many many years. I simply would never see anyone else. He is knowledgeable, personable, genuinely caring kind and considerate. I could go on forever talking about his amazing skill set as a practitioner, and his personal attributes.

Having had multiple issues over the years, I've been to a few specialists. Since being recommended to Beth Scott (nee Neyland) 5 years ago, I've haven't been anywhere since! From my knee to abdominal issues - Beth is always happy to fit me in and fix me when needed.

Beth has been my physio for years and I wouldn't want to see anyone else! She has supported me through 2 knee surgeries, before, during and after to help me get the best results possible. My go to physio when I'm in Melb, I always know I am in great hands!

Ben Humphris has been pivotal in helping me overcome a frozen shoulder & alleviating severe neck & shoulder pain related to my occupation. His availability for appointments that suit my schedule & his expertise at such a young age have been a godsend.

From torn ligaments in the ankle, to frozen shoulder and finally hip impingement. Lifecare Croydon has helped me recover comfortably from each with incredible staff who only aim to help aid recovery and hopefully not have to see you again. AMAZING!

Ben Humphris was great, took care of my knee before and after the surgery, great tailoring of the rehab program, easy to work with and very patient in getting me ready to return to sport 12 months post ACL surgery.
