Been going to this clinic and have nothing but amazing things to say! Our experience from the front staff to our care providers cultivated a safe space for us to not only recover, but have the tools and knowledge to function well day to day. Our physiotherapist Amarjeet always greeted us with a positive attitude, which helped a lot in our recovery process. He worked with us to get curated treatments that was specific to our needs and took every concern & addressed them. He especially made sure that we felt safe and treated us with the utmost respect. Thank you Amarjeet! Dr. Greg looked after us and made us feel light through his great work ethic and thoroughness with every visit. He was especially great with listening to our worries and made sure we were comfortable with any treatment given. Our acupuncturist Maryam taught us a lot about mindfulness and the importance of looking after yourself! We didn’t know what to expect going into our first acupuncture appointment, but she walked us through everything we needed to know and even provided us with resources for at home exercises & ways to meditate. Her thoughtfulness and calm nature put us at ease & is very much appreciated. Would recommend this clinic to anyone

I came to this clinic because I am a long time patient of Maryam Jarrahi's, (for TCM, Acupuncture, CST, and other modalities) since she started practice over a decade ago. I will continue not only for the outstanding results I've always gotten from these sessions, but also the front of house staff are friendly, personable, and more than efficient. I say with confidence, that whenever I've come to Maryam for a health issue that my family doctor has given me a bandaid for, she helps me get to the source and to heal things from there, rather than just mask symptoms. She is highly skilled and experienced, very knowledgeable, kind, non-judgemental, thorough and her welcoming demeanor creates a safe and comfortable place for every walk of life. Seriously tho, everyone here is great, a fabulous clinic.

Disappointing experience to say the least. First treatment with Karim, and it was like a bad night of speed dating. While he was incredibly knowledgeable and explained things well — he also treated 4-5 patients at once which dragged out my appointment just over 2 hours. His assistant was sent in to explain exercises and couldn’t with confidence show what they were or if I was doing them right when I tried. Someone had a medical emergency after they shocked themselves taking off the stim pads incorrectly…perhaps if there were less beds to bounce between she could have gotten proper care and avoided this. While I can almost appreciate the hustle, it’s clear this guy cares more about making money than client care.

Tried this clinic for a massage with Kelly at a recommendation and I happy I did. Kelly took time to assess my physical history/muscle therapy needs and concentrate the massage accordingly. She was very professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of her work as she exercised some new techniques for me, incorporating cupping and stretching into the session. Felt comfortable and at ease the entire session. I feel reduced pain and discomfort since going and have rebooked. Easy to book through the call centre or in person and the direct billing was completed before I even got out of my massage. Quite efficient. Highly recommend the experience

Kinnari is an awesome physiotherapist who is compassionate and gets results. I even tried the dry nweing that made huge positive impacts for my neck, back and arm. Charlie is the best masseuse I’ve ever experienced. He focuses on the Problem areas and uses a variety of techniques that really helped my very tight body. Highly recommend both Kinnari and Charlie they are true professionals that get results!!

Charles has been my go-to masseuse since a vehicle accident, and I can confidently say he's the best I've ever encountered. As someone deeply involved in sports and gym activities, regular massages are part of my routine. With over a decade of experience, Charles' profound knowledge and the magic he works with his hands are truly remarkable. I highly recommend him for anyone dealing with aches and pains.

I highly recommend this Lifemark Royal Oak Center. What a great facility! You can tell the office manager is often working at the front desk, great positive energy and always well organized. For my shoulder and Tennis Elbow I see Arzoo (I hope I spelled your name right!) for physio and Kelly for massage, and every time I leave I feel so much relief, more flexible, and even younger. Great place.

I have been receiving acupuncture from Maryam Jarrahi for about a few months and can't say enough about her treatments. I leave feeling renewed, healed and completely relaxed. Her kindness, patience and ability to listen intently makes it so easy to talk about what's going on and really get to the root of the issue. I have had nothing but a pleasant experience here. The receptionist Susan is wonderful and always so helpful and accommodating! My physiotherapist Kanari is wonderful and has helped me start to get my back and shoulders feeling better after my car accident. I was a participant in a 6 week group physio program for knee and hip replacements. Cathy Duncan was the lead for our group. Individual programs were developed for each of us and this really kept me involved with new challenges each week. Cathy and the kineseologists working with us were so positive and encouraging. I have been seeing Maryam the acupuncturist. Maryam is very good at what she does. She has helped me with all sorts of aches and pain. Maryam is very knowledgeable in her field and has given me advice to do certain tasks in between visits. She has a very calming nature about her so I can totally relax during the visit. I had vertigo and need to be treated by a vestibular therapist. I called and was given an appointment the following day with Amarjeet Saini. The was FANTASTIC! So courteous, professional and friendly. He adjusted me and I was healed in one visit. I would highly recommend Amar to anyone suffering with vestibular problems.

I recently had issues with tennis elbow and it was impacting the strength in my forearm. After a month of physiotherapy treatments with Arzoo Avasthi, she was able to restore my strength enabling me to resume with my regular activities. It was my first time seeing a physiotherapist and I would highly recommend Arzoo.

I had a shoulder injury from my work and was treated here by Arzoo and Kanari. Thanks to both of them my shoulder pain has reduced a lot. It has still not healed completely so will continue with the treatment and hope that it is healed by 95-99%. I am told that injuries will not heal by 100%!
