Their food is fair enough but the juices are worst. I asked for fresh watermelon juice but no sugar and ice. This is the second time I ordered but still no improvement. They gave me sour watermelon as seems it’s been in the fridge for more than 2 days. I called their landline to complain. How funny that he don’t know what is sour. I explained to him what is sour, ended up and what he understood is “salty” ‍♀️ They gave an invalid and unacceptable reason. They don’t do anything to resolve the issue. Surprisingly, the guy whom I talking to was the supervisor. Wow! *** Response to your message. I am not sure to your response that you can’t hear me clearly. If that so, why did you give me invalid answers if in the first place you never understand my complain. I’ve explained it to you thrice. And don’t blame your own employee that she mistakenly heard wrong order as we always choose that lady to take our orders. Means, she knew what we want. There’s no reason for me to go there personally to resolve this matter. You better improve your quality of service, otherwise change your supplier. Simple. I hope you can resolve this matter since you are the supervisor, seems I am not the only one who’s complaining about your juices.

I'm a customer for light food for long, however this branch is the worse.... Today I ordered hyderabadi briyani, and they said they'll deliver in 25 minutes. I waited 40 minutes and didn't get anything, i messaged again and they said its on the way, and I'm 2 minutes sway of them right across the street. However i got it after 1h of my order time, then i took with me to work because i didn't have time left to eat before going to work, I took break and i opened it. And here's the surprise... It's not hyderabadi briyani! It's normal briyani which i don't like... You have the worse customer service evert. It's like ordering potatoes and getting tomatoes instead... Use your damn heads!

Dirty quality of fresh juice. And check out the pictures of sandwich received. I paid, but i didn't comsume, and it was pain in wasting my food like that. Dear Light Food Cafe, when you serve eatables to someone, make it with affection. Downgrading quality in things like fresh juice is unacceptable. But if you give good quality or service if not, then ATLEAST accept the mistake, because mistakes happen, but one shows never be in DENIAL MODE. I HOPE THIS REVIEW REACHES THE OWNER AND NOT GET DELETED BY THE MANAGERS. As i have been ordering food from here a long time.

Went there specifically for chowmein since it had been a long time we got to eat the real street Indian style chowmein. Some other places i tried chowmein, it wasn't what I wanted..somr were dripping with oil, some were tasteless, some came in a hopeless quantity..finally decided to try out Light Food..the noodles were less oily, thin ( i don't like mota noodle) and tasty. Schezwan chowmein is a bit spicy for those who are not used to eating teekha stuff. Chicken manchurian and veg manchurian both were delicious. Since my first time, I have always gone there to satisfy my chowmein cravings!

Shawarma - excellent All other items - average Waiters (mainly girls) without language skills (english) Complimentary items are sometimes not included like there’s no french fries with grilled chicken and sometimes complimentary are overpriced like hummus etc. they charged 3aed for hummus photo attached with this review. Same quantity with complimentary for full or half of grill or charcoal or with anything. Same quantity for extra order also. Mayo with bitter of garlic as they used more garlic when making. Customer service with 4 stars from some of the staff and 1 star with some others.

Don't order hyderabad biriyani in this restaurant it is normal biriyani other wise we call sweet biryani it better I think iam from hyderabad but I never eat like this sweet biriyani. This restaurant persons they mentioned hyderabad biriyani only but take is not good and the cost is very high but not mentioned hear if you want to check their menu

NASTY PLACE. Save your time and energy, do not go here. Food is eh. But customer service, one of the worsts ive come across! I paid for 2 items, recieved only 1.then they claimed i was lying cuz ithot i threw away my receipt, thank God i still had it!!! I personally went to the Cafeteria to show them, they were trying to chuck it! They think misbehaving with customers is okay!!!!! Shame on you all. Lost another customer!! Well done.

Good place for evening tea and snacks. Zingers club is best in the city. They have good fresh sugarcane juce. Nice ambiance. Good and friendly staff. They are accepting the party orders as well .

Good things first. Juice, shake and falooda are good. Shwarma is also nice. Fresh and tasty dips. Grilled chicken was below average. Open sitting area. Genuine price. Quick service. Big menu more choices available. Specially in winters it great to sit outside and snack.

Good Pocket Friendly. But Have Got The Kerala Touch In All their Dishes and especially they put the green sauce on top of all their grilled chicken which makes the taste really bad. And even if we tell them not to put they put it mistakenly and all the food is wasted.

Needs much more improvement in terms of cleaning, food is prepared in quite unhygienic environment. Recipe as per menu does not resembles with delivered food. Zinger sandwich has only crunchy crumbs with lot of mayonnaise and no chicken …

Food quality is OK. They charge VAT for everything but not raise any bill. As per UAE law collecting VAT without raising bill is illegal... Hope they give bill when collect vat

Been living in this building for 2 years. They take order till 2AM in the morning. Staffs are very friendly. Wish they keep more consistency on food quality.

Sometimes they are making fresh juices very delicious but suddenly if next day you will try again the same juice tho doesn't meet the taste.

Good place for having a quick bite of shawarma. Decent biriyani also available which is not so fancy.Tender coconut juice is worth a try.
