I left the salon humiliated and almost in tears. I had booked in for bikini sugaring and the lady used wax to begin with. She was abruptly pushing and flicking my legs apart making me feel like a piece of meat. She was commenting on my pubic hair in a manner which felt very dismissive and uncomfortable to me. I was in and out in five minutes and while the result of the actual sugaring was good the experience was the worst Ive ever had (and I've had sugarings done for the past 10 years). Also she charged me $30 instead of $20 which she told me over the phone. If you get the service mixed it is not my fault as a customer to pay for her mistake. I was too shocked to disagree and afraid Of starting to cry on the spot. Based on my experience with an older lady with short dark hair I can't recommend their services. I wish well for the lady and hope it was just a bad day for her but nothing should excuse customer service like that.

I have been getting my eyebrows done for 15 years and after moving to the area I thought I would try this place for an eyebrow wax. The first time i visited my eyebrows were shaped ok, but i was left with ripped skin and burns from the HOT wax under my right eyebrow. Second time, shape was not very good and both eyebrows looked different. I was burnt for the second time from the hot wax and ripped skin and blisters under both eyebrows(did not go out to dinner that night as planned as my blisters were so iritated). Found her to be very rough when waxing, not gentle AT ALL. Not too happy and dont recommend. Goodluck.

I've found this business to be very efficient and highly professional. I have attended this salon since late March and have always found it to be extremely clean. During this time, l have had four treatments in which Iris diagnosed the problems with my skin and provided excellent advice that can only come from years of experience. By following a simple regime, my skin has changed for the better! My face looks and feels so much better! I couldn't be happier! It's also worth noting that this business honoured my expired gift card without any hesitation. All l can say is...thank goodness!

Discriminatory against people with disabilities. Breached Discrimination Act 1977 Companion Animals Act Section 60, 61 when only wanted to view jewelry not take Assistance animal anywhere near piercing studio out back of salon. Owner of the Salon is abusive, yelling at customers if they look at her the wrong way. Six of my female friends recently visited this Salon due to limited options prior to a wedding. I'm sorry to report that the girls all left the salon feeling more like a number than a client. It seems the leopard owner does not loose it's spots.

1st Review Couldn't be happier with my daith piercing. I did this to control my migraines and since having it done have not had a single headache. Staff are friendly caring and completly professional. I would definitely recommend. 2nd Review Its now been 7 weeks since having the Daith piercing and I have not had a headache or migraine since then. I felt at one stage a headache starting and I twisted piercing and pushed on it and headache was gone. Its like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders, very impressed.

I have been going to Lillians Beauty Salon since it was first opened in the early 2000's. The salon has very stylish treatment rooms which are always spotless and out front is a display of available products. Over the years I have many different treatments and I have always been extremely happy with the results. Iris is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced and she stays up to date with new products and treatments. I highly recommend Lillians Beauty Salon to anyone who wants excellent results.

My nose stud fell out and it appeared my nose piercing had closed. I rang Lilian's to book another nose piercing for the following day. The girl who I spoke to was quite rude. I rang in plenty of time to cancel the next day because my nose was quite red and sore, and I told her I would leave it a few days then rebook. The girl who answered was rude again and hung up on me. Very poor customer relations. I won't be calling again.

I have been getting beautified here for 3 years and Im Yet to find another beautician that even comes close to the service I receive. Always on time, professional and personable at the same time. I've not been disappointed by results at this salon ever! Iris is full of knowledge on so many aspects. I enjoy each appointment I have. Highly recommended! I send all my family and friends to her.

I have been coming to Lillian's for over a year. She is highly meticulous in the service provides and goes to great lengths to provide you with what you want. When I first came to her she fixed my botched eyebrows that had been done by another technician elsewhere and showed great care in fixing them. Highly recommend this place. 5 stars!!

Iris has been attending to my needs for the past 17yrs. As a shift worker who finds it hard to make commitments in advance. She has always fit me in somehow. Never once have I left unsatisfied. She has always been honest and very informative to what my skin needs and spot on. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The best brows in the state! Ive been coming to Lilian's for as long as I've been having waxing done. Natural, irritation free products, extremely professional and skilled service and perfect eyebrows! The salon is always immaculate, and appointments ALWAYS on time! Cannot recommend highly enough.

If I could give zero stars I would the service from the people in this business was disgusting they did not once try and meet my needs and the results of my eyelash tint and eyebrow tint were appalling to say the least I have patches and inconsistent colour throughout. Do not go here.

I regularly experienced migrains. Around 1-2 per week and since I had the Daith piercing I haven't had any. I have a particularly small ear and she did a great job! Would recoment getting the Daith piercing if you experience migrains

A few years ago had waxing done here... my underarms and eyelids were raw. Skin had been burnt and ripped. When I rang to complain there was minimal care shown. I would never go here again.
