My mum and I went to this salon to have our hair permernantly straightened. We have had this done many times before at other salons so we know the end result. This time when we went to this salon the staff were careless, they didn’t follow the correct process, no timers were used to make sure the chemical was in the hair for the appropriate amount of time. We were told to wash our hair 3 days later, when we washed it the insides of the hair was still curly and ends were damaged. Was a total waste of money! I will never go back here again not even for haircuts as they cut my hair uneven one side is long one is short. Staff kept doing bits and pieces and moving onto the next customer without finishing what they were doing leaving you to wait around. Not professional at all!!

My wife has been doing her hair straighten from Linda since last 5 years. But this time the owner (who was doing her hair) was very rude and She had to wait for extra 2 hours just because linda had to do service for others even they came after my wife. Moreover Linda was keep hurting her with her long nails. She never had headache after doing hair straightning but this time. Any owners behaviour shouldn’t be like this. I wish I could rated them with negative point.

NO STAR. Recently lift the price twice within very short time for standard hair cut. Hard to communicate- You will get shocked to see yourself unless you have a translator with you who can properly explain the way you want. Noticeably less crowded after price lift that means the only good point is less waiting time. After last haircut, i am not going anymore!!!

I phoned to ask for information. The phone was answered with a simple "hello" and no other information so I had to clarify that I was even speaking with the salon. I asked the price of a haircut and he said "from $25" I asked for a more specific quote and let him know I had long hair and he said "I don't know, you have to come here" and hung up on me.

Very disappointed... me and my wife visited their twice and every time whatever we ask they do what they can or what they have.... they show color book but do the color what they have...people work there never listen what customer want exactly and they continuously laugh and gossip with their own language which will make u uncomfortable....

First time visit, new to the area i see this salon all the time buzzing great vibe, popped saw Linda, she was amazing took me from brassy red to beautiful blonde in one sitting, great price and great service. very clean salon, very professional definitely will be my new spot. 10/10 Recommend 10/10 Will return

I have been going to Linda’s for over 20 years and it’s always been an incredible experience. Linda and her team are always friendly and always greet you with a smile. Besides the excellent customer service, Linda and her team are awesome hairdressers and Linda does a wonderful job shaping my eyebrows.

Not professional at all. I have waited 2hrs for hair cut and have to come back without cutting my hair . Doesn’t care about the customer who was waiting and who comes after, doesn’t understand English. Very very bad experience never ever recommend people to go in that place.

This hair salon is rubbish. They ruined my Mums hair. I asked for a colour and they put a different colour. I have to go to a real hairdresser to fix her hair. I will never go to that rubbish place anymore. I also don't recommend anyone to this place.

We visited the shop and had a very good experience with the lady named as Linda as one of her coworker messed up with the hair color then she took over and fixed the color as we asked for. We would recommend this place for sure…

Always professional and courteous. Been going there for more than 14 yrs now.. If they could start accepting card payment would be good as people don't carry more cash nowadays.
