Pretty disappointed. The ladies were lovely, but the quality is just not great for a $65 service. The colours of the polish is blotchy on each of my nails, and they seem yellow-tinged. You can clearly see where they've refilled the nail vs the leftover nail. Really disappointed in how they look up close, the pinks and whites are so blotchy with some areas darker than others, it does not look like good quality at all. The edges of my nails weren't painted and look so untidy, there are a couple of pools under my nails from where the polish gathered and wasn't sanded down. The white tips have already started to peel off and some are wonky. I've attached photos from different angles for reference. I had high hopes for this place considering how much time and care she seemed to take, and all the glowing reviews, but when I came away and properly looked at them I was very disappointed. I won't be coming here or recommending their service to anyone.

DO NOT GO HERE. I got acrylic nails done and it was $75 when usually it's only $50.. This place is NOT like it once was. The staff is just plain disrespectful & will do anything to avoid doing their job properly. The lady who did my nails tried to only do one coat of nail polish after I complained & said you could see through the black she grabbed my hand and fixed it VERY aggressively by pulling my hands and fingers. She literally cracked my finger at one point from pulling it too hard. She was not happy that I corrected her. My nails are terrible! Once I got home I noticed every nail was a different length & the nail polished is all bumpy. My fingers were also bleeding because of how careless she was. And my finger actually hurt because of how rough she was being. Also to later notice my nails are a very very dark blue NOT EVEN BLACK!!!!

Usually I enjoy my sns and pedicure services, however the last couple of times I have left feeling quite uncomfortable and unhappy with my nails, the last time a lady named Myer, was very rough with my hands, when I asked for something to be fixed I was told ‘it’s not finished yet’ then she put a top coat on and walked away. My cuticles got more of a filing than my nails, when I flinched she said ‘your skin is so dry, I keep catching them’ I am left with a painful infection on one of my fingers. There was a sharp lump on one of my nails, they were bulky and super uneven. They were way too busy for me to feel comfortable to mention anything when I had left, so I’ve just left it at that. It’s unfortunate that out of an entire salon there are probably only 2-3 people who really care about the quality of their work.

I normally have very strong natural nails. I went to Lin Chi for shellac. The girl who did them was very rude, didn’t talk, just tapped my hand and pointed. All other salons I’ve been to soak off the old shellac with acetone. This girl drilled it off taking layers of my natural nail, burning my nail beds in the process . The finished product is lumpy and patchy. Most of my nails have now broken because they’re paper thin, even with shellac on them. Would definitely not recommend and will never be going back. I also find it extremely rude that the nail technicians talk to each other in their language in front of clients. My beautiful strong natural nails are now ruined

I brought my daughter with me for a mummy daughter day. We wanted to get our nails painted with shellac nail polish. They did a great job for my daughters nails, but I had a different lady, who was quite careless, and missed most of the nail. I'm not normally one to complain, so I tried to just bite my tongue. I ended up asking to have them to be redone. And the lady was grabbing at my wrists as I tried to explain why I was unhappy. Eventually a different technician took over and did my nails, and did a good job. Just didn't appreciate being man handled.

On the visiting here today for a pedi with my friend we found no real difference between a Spa Pedicure with exfoliate (extra $5) and Deluxe. My massage chair did not work. The towels, tools and equipment was clearly dirty. The steel was definitely not sterilised at all. I saw a worker use my dirty old tools on somebody else ... who was before me?? Lastly the all staff talked in their native language I bearly heard a word of English. The worst experience and most expensive pedi ever! Very poor

I have been coming Linh Chi for years now and I have always got the best service from the ladies. They are very professional and caring. They are committed to making their customers very happy. The pricing is very fair. The nail art is very good. I have nothing bad to say about Linh Chi. I come once a month for pedicure and manicure and had no issues. I enjoy chatting with the beautiful ladies. They have a loyal customer card which is good to. Thank you Linh Chi for being amazing!

Had my nails done here today for the 1st time, Myer was horrible she made me feel like I shouldn’t be there, really rough with me, kept pushing my hands away, you could tell she didnt want to be there, kept huffing & puffing.. I had my 3.5 year old son with me & she was just horrible to us both, I was so close to walking out half way through, kept telling us both off but we weren’t doing anything wrong, nails look ok not the best Ive had better elsewhere very rushed but they were busy ☹️

Terrible experience. I got a full set of nails and they were so badly done and not on properly. Also already has issues, the first minute we walked in. I have called them multiple times to complain and got sent three different emails that all bounced. Gave them my email and did not receive one back. Now they won’t answer my calls. Very unhappy with the whole situation and nails I had to pay to get taken straight off and how they were done, damaged my nails

The staff are lovely and y nails look fine, slight bubbling after a week, but nothing that ruins the manicure. However none of the tools are sterilized between customers and they just pass items between each other to use on different customers. The tools cut me three times which didn't hurt (small cuts), but I had to go and clean the wounds thoroughly to avoid infection as they aren't cleaning their tools. Would not return simply due to lack of hygiene.

Terrible place to go. I remember when I went, I got a pedicure. I picked a certain nude pink colour, and gave it to the lady who was going to be doing my nails. Then instead of massaging my feet, she was scratching them and I even saw red scratches on my feet, some I still have. She painted my toe nails well, and all was good. But it left me with a huge ingrown toe nail infection, I had to miss 2 months of work. K would not reccommend.

Most amazing massage, very relaxing but also got the tension out. The room was given a lot of thought and was very soothing, with soft glow lighting and calming music. I usually have sinus issues but not here the air was kept very pure. Total professionalism, a very high standard of care and competence. You will be cocooned and rejuvenated. Highly recommend the massage and facial, I will be back.

Got SNS on the weekend. One nail in particular was incredibly wonky. I pointed it out to the beautician and she told me my nail was the issue which was absolutely false. She refused to fix it and just kept filing my nail even though I said that would not fix the issue.. I ended up going to another nail place hours later to correct them and guess what.. now they look normal! Very disappointing.

Nails lasted one week and then started falling off. Myer cut my fingers multiple times and drew blood, she grabbed my hands very roughly and was just overall rude. I got home to see that my nails were uneven and had lumps all over them, very poor quality 70$ for plain colour. Won’t be back absolute worst place I’ve ever gotten my nails done. Take note, DONT GO THERE! It’s a big mistake

Lorraine, and the entire team, were so friendly and incredibly accomodating for our group of 5 people. Despite a few complications and delays along the way, they all found a way to make it work whilst maintaining such positive and welcoming energy! The atmosphere alone at Linh Chi Day spa is amazing, and the service was excellent. Definitely making another trip here in future :)

Massage. I can’t recommend Kim highly enough, I’ve been going here for 4 years. She’s so good at Deep Tissue & Remedial Massage (that’s all I have). The room is lovely, she doesn’t chit chat, it’s a relaxing and peaceful environment. The pricing is on par with the other massage places in that shopping centre, but the experience is so much better! Try it!

After 10 years since my last massage, personally preferring acupuncture over a massage, I do believe I've been converted. Kim was brilliant and even though I was a little tender the next day, two days later I have better mobility than I thought possible. Highly recommend and will be organising another session the next chance I get. ❤️

My dog could of given me a better massage. She coughed all the way through. Opened the door 4 times, left it open. Wasn't even an hour massage and it felt like you washed my faces with your hands. Not a facial at all. When I tried to say something, she didn't care and walked away. I've been going there for years. Very disappointing

It was very clear mere seconds into my massage that Kim knew exactly what she was doing. My first massage but definitely not the last! I absolutely loved that hot stones were used during it, an unexpected but awesome surprise! I walked out feeling a lot less sore and relaxed than when I came in. Thanks so much again Kim x

Fantastic value for money. Massage beds are wider ones so your arms dont fall off. Despite being in a shopping centre its very quiet, quality ambient music is always on. Massage is always fantastic and I always ask if I can add a foot massage or facial and they don't try to over bill me ever which is excellent.

I would love to praise Alanah for the awesome massages, I have from her . I have had plenty from her this year and will always highly recommend her service she is a beautiful person and will always make you feel welcome when you arrive and refreshed when you leave. Great service. I was a walk-on and they saw me straight away for an acrylic/shellac manicure and a shellac pedicure. I was very happy with the care taken by the technician. She was incredibly thorough and efficient. The polish has been high quality and has lasted two weeks without any chipping. 5/5

The person doing my nails didn’t understand English and totally got it wrong I wanted glitter and got plain and I wanted white with red tips for Christmas but got pink with pale red and also messy finish not smooth then charged me $135 for feet and hands I wouldn’t go there again not happy at all.

Lady doing my lashes was ruff, and was plucking some old lashes off and this was painful, I came home from the appointment and had to put an icepack on my eyelids for a few hours. Then within a week lashes are coming off in massive clumps.

First time getting a lash lift and tint - I am amazed at the results! I have thick long lashes so it made my lashes look like extensions because they were so long and curly! They were careful and considerate. Will definitely be back.

Pretty average foot bath and scrub, nothing special, just going through the motions. Girls talked loudly to each other in Vietnamese for the whole 30 minutes Leg massage was a 2 minute rub.
