My telephone booking was confirmed by WhatsApp with driver details included, giving reassurance for a lone female passenger. The weather was appalling, but my driver drove very carefully and slowed down to a safe speed when double speed wipers were insufficient to clear the heavy rain. There were numerous flooded roads which were negotiated safely, and I reached Gatwick in a timely and safe manner. I would definitely use Link Airport Cars, Sutton if needed in the future!

Great service. Booked an airport transfer about a week in advance, great communication. Confirmation and car/driver details all sent via WhatsApp. Easy to communicate via WhatsApp and speedy responses. Swift pick up and drop off at the airport. Sadly our flight was cancelled however Link were able to provide us with an invoice in less than 24 hours to provide for our refund/compensation claim. Will definitely recommend and be using Link again!

Very pleased with the service, will continue to use. Driver was professional, courteous and knew the roads well. Good communication, both from the driver and the staff who organise the booking. Return flight was delayed but the driver handled this issue well. I liked the personal touch of being given the same driver for both of the trips I booked, which would not happen when booking through a larger company.

I have used taxi service couple of times and they never let me down. The rates are pretty reasonable for airport pickup/drop. On a recent trip, the driver patiently waited for us although luggage got delayed. No fuss service. I recommend it !
