Awful and useless serviceI. have in the past used this shop for collect + to send a package back. I went on the collect + website to see the nearest store to me and found they were still doing it. I went in the store to find the guy behind the counter arguing with a customer about not being a pay point even though they have a pay point sign on the door. He then told me they are not a collect + and they have never been. I then showed him the website and told him I have used them before and he continued to say no never, then I said I would never step foot in there again.

Bad experience. I was looking for my parcel which they signed and took it but they don't want to give me back. BIG LIE!!

Good customer based service. Staff were very friendly and prices are very attractive compared to leading supermarkets

Very rude to customers and swears at you in his native language, and the penalty is double the price

Lost my DPD parcel. Clearly doesn’t have a clue. Avoid for anything related to shipping

They sell cigarettes and alcohol to underage children aged 12.
