To Farhn (if I remember the name correctly), thanks for sharing unreasonable explanations as to why we needed 4 passports for everyone of us. So much of the “illegal” in your definition, upon searching governmental sites, mentioned yes, it is illegal UNLESS adult supervision. We’re all older than 21 but just because one of us did not bring our passport with us, we were denied completely even though we were showing our ID from home country, screenshots of our passport. Showed zero leniency and simply brushing us off that “it is illegal”. Dear farhn, I hope you can refresh your license in the provision of alcohol if you wish to continue working in a liquor store. If I could leave 0 star, I would gladly do so. Explained that we are flying off first thing in the morning tomorrow and cannot return, but nope zero leniency. To avoid this branch, never had a branch with all the other branches we’ve been to. Absolutely trash. Wanted to show some other Australian government applications we’ve completed but was brushed off to, saying “you can’t find dob there”. It’s more like they just wanted to close the store which is why. Upon leaving, we logged in and immediately saw our dob. Absolutely unreasonable. More so that farhn, and the other lady accompanying her at cashier, that they are purely racist and just set to deny us of any purchase. Absolutely disgusting and unbelievable. Thanks for ending our trip with such a low note and disappointing our friends and families of the missed souvenirs. Hope this never happens to any other travellers and visitors to this lousy outlet

Went to this bottle shop this morning. I was served by Renato, while I was there I noticed he was very welcoming to all customers who walked in and offering assistance where needed. Found what I needed they seem to have a decent range. Great customer service experience.
