Horrible!! bunch of adult children run this place, its dirty, its messy, half the machines don't work, dirty underwear laying on top of machines, the change machine short changes you and sometimes flat out just steals your money. Ive had a horrible experience with the owner or employee where they locked the doors at 9:30pm when they close at 10pm and ignore me when i tried getting their attention, but after 5 minutes, finally he comes out and starts swearing at me and being very belligerent. I suggest no one go to this laundromat. Good riddance!

There is no support or personnel on site. Most of the washers and dryers are in acceptable condition. One of the washers got stuck and I lost $2. Luckily the person on the support number was helpful and apologetic and asked for my email for e-transfer which was duly transferred. 2 stars for excellent customer service. The place could do with some clean up. I don't know if someone who got here before me caused a mess. Unfortunately this is the only laundromat in the area and is well utilized by the community.

It wasn't very busy for a Sunday lunch hour. About 4 other people were using the machines the entire duration of my laundry. The place is clean with two sizes of washer machines. Large for 7.50 and a small 4.50 per load. The dryer are all large. 25cents for 4-5mins. Only improvement they could make is having a purchase station to buy detergent, softener and dryer sheets.

I had to call the manager because the washer wouldn’t open once it finished doing my laundry. The person over the phone was very rude with me and kept losing their temper for some reason. It was very strange considering I wasn’t angry over the issue but her attitude certainly spoilt my day. At least I got my clothes out.

The machines are good. I was told they took away all the seating except for 1 old broken down bench and there are cigarette butts all over the ground out front. Would a chair or two and a bucket of sand be too much to ask for ? Not a comfortable place to hang out while your laundry is getting done

This laundromat has fallen off over the past few years. I don’t know if it’s under new management or something but this place is falling apart, management can’t even be reached through telephone majority of the time. Not to mention almost

Black greasy gunk from their dryer on every single piece of my clothing! When I contacted them they insisted it came from something in my clothes! IMPOSSIBLE!! Their machines are not clean like they claim they are

Owner was there when I went in, she was SUPER helpful, as it was my first time. Definitely will return. Everything you need is there. Great large sized machines which is what I need for my clinic sheets.

With the new owner this place is feeling more and more run down every time I go. It’s often messy, multiple machines are now broken and the wifi has been removed. It is not being cared for anymore.

First time there. Washer was great, the dryer wasn't really up to par and didn't dry my load after spending $3.25 on it. Wasn't crowded and in and out rather quickly

Always clean, you can also buy laundry bags, detergents & softeners there if you forget yours or run out, very convenient! And the owners are very kind people!

Has two size washers and large dryers. There is a change dispensing machine on site as well as soap dispensing machine. Folding tables and a sink if required.

My husband goes to this laundromat and always says wonderful things. Great service, clean and strong machines. The owner is very kind and approachable!

This place is literally the worst. There is never enough dryers. The machines eat your money. If you can avoid this place then please do!!!!

Always love coming here , all machines are clean . Tons of parking space , and coin dispenser is there. Plus laundry dispenser as well .
