Lovely shop, amazing range of beautiful fashionable clothes, but... Over the last couple of years my wife as a multiple interstate visitor to the area to stay with family have made numerous purchases from Little Blackbird amounting to hundreds of dollars. On occasion she has bought two of the same item of a different size. Four days ago my wife, accompanied by me, did the same buying two same items, different size (total value $160) and asked the sales assistant if any discount could be offered as my wife has been somewhat of a regular customer. The shop assistant politely replied no as they were not the business owner. When we then asked if they could contact the owner to ask, they replied that they could... but did not. And here is where our disappointment lies as we have had similar experiences shopping for clothes elsewhere when the owner has agreed to a discount over the phone. We would been happy and satisfied in this case had it been 5 per cent. Hence our disappointment, happy with the clothes but not so much with the customer service experience. Had the sales assistant made the call as they admitted they could have done (but did not bother to do), plus no response to an email sent to the Little Blackbird business four days ago, these two things have led us to post this review and voice our disappointment elsewhere. No response from owner on review or message sent to business email days ago warrants one star for customer service.

Great range, I always find that special little something. Staff are friendly and helpful, particularly Lisandra. I go in there and like most of us ladies, feeling a little self conscious. But Lisandra is reassuring, helpful and dresses me better than I can dress myself!

Lovely clothes. I didn't purchase. There are other shops that offer similar at lower prices.
