Repost: This issue was resolve with their management. They went above and beyond with their communication. Thanks to Aaron for assisting us and hearing our feedback! —————————————————————— This will be the 3rd time we have been to this place. The first time and the second time we visited this place , we have an amazing experience. The 3rd (07/29/23)was horrible! Let’s start with the receptionist in the front. I did not get her name. But she has red hair. Anyways we made a reservation for four, however we saw a friend right out side the building and decided to invite him. So we kindly ask the lady at reservations if we can change the reservations for 5 and immediately her tone and demeanor change. She was so rude to us. She explained that they can’t accommodate us without a proper reservations and credit card on hold. We took a peak at how busy they are and saw that it was not busy at all and that we can wait. She then placed us to the worst corner of the bar.(which is not even inside but outside of the bar). We didn’t want to argue so we then agreed to just stay. She took our orders on drinks. She got two of them wrong. We said fine - we’ll just drink it. The second order was food. She got that wrong again! We ordered sliders we got full burger. We ordered hurricane Fries add bacon and fried egg and we receive a random plain frites! We confronted her about this order mishaps and she firmly said “you guys ordered that” even though there’s 5 of us heard the exact order. The service was so bad we decided to just leave. To be honest I don’t think we’ll be back. And I don’t even know why we even tipped . It was such a disappointment for a friends bday celebration. Our total bill was $280 We still got charge for the mistaken foods and drinks

Imagine, if you will, a culinary odyssey where the first challenge is the Herculean wait for a mere glimpse of a beverage. Fifteen minutes ticked by - an epoch in the realm of thirst - as we sat, parched and forlorn, awaiting the mystical arrival of our drinks. This was but a prelude to the gastronomic sprint that followed. Our main course arrived in what can only be described as a culinary blitzkrieg. There we were, barely digesting the appetizers, when suddenly, like a foodie’s version of a speed dating event, our entrees made their whirlwind entrance. My wife, in a valiant effort to keep pace, barely managed her last morsel when the unspoken signal was given – our time at this establishment had unceremoniously expired. Throughout this rapid-fire dining experience, the notion of a ‘second drink’ became a distant, unattainable dream. Our parched throats ached for attention, but alas, it was not to be. And dessert? A mere figment of our imagination, a sweet fantasy never to be realized. As for the seating? Ah, the seating. Despite the promise of a reservation, we found ourselves relegated to a table that would have made a sardine feel claustrophobic. The food, whilst passable, was akin to a Shakespearean tragedy – full of sound and fury, signifying nothing. It was, in the grand scheme of things, ‘okay’ – the culinary equivalent of a shrug. In summary, this restaurant is the perfect destination for those who enjoy the thrill of being ignored, the excitement of eating under pressure, and the joy of leaving with the speed of a fleeing gazelle. We shall not be returning, unless we develop a sudden fondness for culinary masochism.

This Little Rituals just opened a few months ago and it's a new hot spots for cocktails, snack and food. More mainly on the cocktails, it's opened by the same owner of the "Bitter & Twisted", Bitter & Twisted is voted as having one of the best cocktail menu and best cocktails bar in the world so I have high hopes for the Little Rituals and it didn't disappoint. I am super happy and so glad that I visited this place. Located on the 4th floor inside the Courtyard Marriott, so there are no signs around the hotel but if you ask around, you will know. Once we stepped out of the elevator, we were immediately greeted by the friendly hostness. We requested to sit at the bar area as that's the most action is in terms of watching the mixlogists creating the drinks. The place has a nice dim lighting and everything is so chic and cool. The cocktail menu is very nicely created, it's like reading a story book with animation in it, it's fasicinating and just so fun just by checking out the cocktail menu. To my surprise, the cocktail menu is completely independent from Bitter & Twisted, which is quite impressive, to come up with totally different cocktails from Bitter & Twisted. I am not going to recommend you specific drinks coz every drink looks so good and tasty here at the Little Rituals. If you want specific cusotmized drinks, I am sure the mixlogist will be happy to make you one. Phoenix people are so lucky to have both Bitter & Twisted and Little Rituals cocktails bars to enjoy the drinks. I wish to have such bars in Toronto. I guess I have to visit Phoenix more often.

I think this might be the best cocktail bar I've ever been to. I say cocktail bar but they have food as well. The shrimp cocktails were $1 during happy hour and the disco fries and buffalo cauliflower...fabulous. Where they really shine however, is with their incredible cocktails. I tasted 5 of their crafty creations and every single one of them amazed me with their blend of flavors. It's refreshing to taste a delicious blend of yumminess and not a strong alcohol taste. But rest assured, they are not weak cocktails. I didn't drink all 5 by myself. Lol We didn't realize it at the time but the owner stopped by our table to see if we needed something else. I highly, highly recommend coming here. Don't let the fact that it's in a hotel deter you. (Actually, that fact made me want to try 5 more cocktails and get a room.) Lol Also, their menu is beautiful. Someone was very creative in making it! I don't go to downtown Phoenix that much (I live in Nashville normally but here for the lovely winter) but I will definitely come back and recommend it to any friends traveling here! The space also is very pretty with a great vibe. Oh, I almost forgot! They serve you a little amuse-bouche upon arrival (well ok, if you're drinking your meal, lol) that is a sample of their espresso cocktail (exact name forgotten). So, I suppose I actually tried 6 of their cocktails... Well worth the stop! Make reservations if possible, it gets busy from dinner time on!

The cocktails were amazing. The selection, details and unusual combinations were completely impressive. The views are gorgeous and the decor is fantastic. The food was mostly great. We ordered a variety and the disco fries and shrimp wraps were my favorite. The chicken slider's were just ok. The service was great. She helped us navigate the vast options by what we told her we preferred to drink. But. BUT... THE 90 minute time limit is strictly enforced ... To the point of being kind of obnoxious. You get told you have the table for 90 minutes when you get there ... Then our waitress reminded us three more times! About us needing to leave... Like ok, you have 30 minutes left... When we really had an hour left. Our reservation was at 6. At 630, she gave us a 30 minute 'warning" to which we said, our reservation was at 6. We have an hour still. She had to go confirm. But then came back at our real 30 minute mark. And then again as a last call, I'm closing your bill, then as a our next reservation is at 730... And at that point my husband was so annoyed I was happy to get him out of there. We had no intentions of lingering past our allotted time. So being rushed when you're paying $400+ for snacks and drinks is ridiculous. I'll go back with my gf... But I'd never take my husband back.

I have always had great service when going here and I have been here close to a dozen times. The drinks are very unique and amazing. I absolutely love their food. Their Brussel sprouts in bacon jam and mussels are amazing. Drinks might take a little longer but most are specialty cocktails. The food is on the pricy side but it seems like everything is these days. I absolutely feel the price you pay is well worth the quality of food and drinks, service and atmosphere. PS - I see some reviews complaining about service and I have a recommendation. Just because they are called servers does not mean you can treat them rudely, snap your fingers or yell at them that you need something when they are taking an order at another table. I have seen this happen while dining. Servers will treat guest with the same respect that they are given. I have never had an issue with bad service but I also go out of my way to not be rude or disrespectful.

I like this place for the atmosphere, the cool drinks, and the effort in customer service. I’d have given a 5 star but they no longer have the crispy asparagus that I loved so much But they do have some good lamb chops. So I can’t give anything less than 4. Not many places can cook lamb and make it tasty. I would know. I’m Hola Cabrito. A smudge on the higher end, although, for the location and the market aim, it’s not terrible pricing. I highly recommend for some late night drinks.. if it’s not too busy to walk-in that is. Lol Otherwise it’s a great place to reserve for a date, or share a new experience with some buddies. Do try the milk punch if you don’t mind drinks on the sweeter side. They have a great selection of liquors, one of the best! So they will try to accommodate if they don’t have what you’re looking for in all, it’s a must try if you’re a foodie, or drinking connoisseur..

My husband and I really enjoyed our experience. So much we are bringing our friends back on Friday. We decided to check it out after a Suns game. We sat right by a window over looking the Sun's arena. The ambiance was perfect. The drink was delicious . The chef board was perfection for a Keto/Paleo option. If you looking for a chill/relax/romantic environment this is your place. Two days later we are back. We brought our friends and they really enjoyed there experience. Great drinks and customer service. Looks like a manager stopped by to check in everything was going well. He even took out his phone to give more light for a great picture. Excellent excellent customer service. We will be back soon. Update: 3 years later and we are still coming back!! Now it seems to have more of a wait. Unless you get bar seats. But worth it, so we keep coming back to this gem. Amazing drinks and service!! Does not disappoint.

Lots of hype around this place, but not entirely sure why. We made reservations for the Valentine’s Day special ($99 per person). We asked to be seated by the window but waitress denied our request.. We watched another couple get sat by the window and they ended up moving to a table. Not sure why that was allowed but our request to move was denied. Courses were not paced correctly. The second course sat on our table so long it started to stink. Third course came after we were there for 2 hours and the steak was way over cooked. Order medium and it came extra well done. We didn’t even get the champagne that was supposed to come with the special.. we were so disappointed we got our dessert to go. The tables are so close together, we almost got sprayed with the harsh chemicals they used to clean tables next to us. Very unpleasant and expensive experience. You’ll be better off spending your money elsewhere

This is the SPOT. Before I even reached my seat the staff was so welcoming. We felt at ease. I was impressed by their backbar selection, couldn't stop eyeing their vast selection of whiskeys, tequilas & amoros. Their cocktail menu is so impressive. I chose to have their Daiqurry. So on the spot, I loved the presentation of oils and flavors added to the top with 5 different dashes. Each had its own color and flavor. This was a perfect start to precede the Pho French Dip that followed. I wasn't expecting to be overwhelmed by the food after such a great cocktail. Wrong, that sandwich was dope. Before I left I had to sneak in a boiler maker. Loved the presentation and flavors of it. Had a whole Stiegel radler can, fresh juices, and gin. Perfect, was ready to hit the town. Will definitely hit this spot everytime I visit Pheonix.

Great spot to meet up with friends before heading out for the evening and not what I would expect from a bar in a hotel. We went as a rather large group (10+) and we were never treated like we were a burden. The service was top notch with various servers (and I think even the manager) simply checking in to see what we needed. We never had to look for someone when we wanted to order more drinks. We tried a few different drinks and they were all great. The punch bowl would be my personal recommendation, and was a good value at $50 for what seemed like 5-6 craft cocktails and it was served in a very cool bowl that was lit on the inside and had pour spouts around the bottom. Tip - If you do go in a large group, they will only split the check on up to 4 cards, so plan ahead or bring cash.

Fed up with the costs of this place. We got the chicken skewer appetizer. It’s chicken thigh meat. Literally smaller than a chicken nugget. I attached a pic of one of the skewers. You get 4 of these nuggets on some salad with a toothpick stabbed through them. EIGHTEEN DOLLARS. It’s CHICKEN. Idgaf if your cocktails have cool little pictures on them this is absurd. Service is awful. Waitresses are good but they must only staff one bartender because it takes SO LONG to get your drinks. They don’t bring them together either so usually there’s one person perpetually watching the other three drink. Two stars because the cocktails are good despite being expensive and having to wait 20 mins from them.

Little Rituals definitely was a magical experience and is something I will look forward to whenever I visit Phoenix again. Charity, our server, was phenomenal as they were very knowledgeable of the menu and ability of the mixologists. Plus, her charm and personality was very inviting and fun. We ordered from Vengeance and Fashion from the menu and loved it. Then, Charity recommended some amazing beverages that were off-menu and designed by the mixologist themselves that were beyond amazing. The atmosphere was very chic, yet comfortable. Even though the view overlooked construction, our engagement with our host, the delicious drinks, and charming atmosphere was more than enough to make up for that. If you are in the area, Little Rituals is a MUST!

Little Rituals is not only a spectacular cocktail bar in downtown Phoenix, it also has some great elevated bar food. Try the honey sriracha clay pot wings and the Hurricane Umami fries. Cocktail menu is as extensive as it is visually beautiful...and there is something for every palate. From the curious 'Midnight Snack Nutty & Savory-sweet with a Tasty Treat' with Shiitake-infused Rittenhouse Rye Vicario Nocino/Cardamaro/carrot eau de vie/fennel bitters and a house praline to their signature 'Big City Nights' Blackberry Botanist Gin Suze/La Copa Fino Vermouth/herbed cinnamon syrup/lemon egg white topped with a thick egg white foam stamped with their beautiful mural that is displayed next to the bar these cocktails will take you on a journey!

Little rituals have amazing cocktails a great date vibe easy going laid back very casual ambiance. Great for a cool-looking portrait for pictures the drinks are good if you are unsure what to get just ask for a random drink to get yourself started. The music is at the perfect level and you can have a great conversation. Smaller groups work best under 6 people it is although best for a one on one or just 4 people. The staff is also very friendly and can arrange to just go ahead and make you a drink to as well that isn't listed on the menu for something a little bit better. They change the menu here and there to give the menu a nice refresh of tasty vibes.

We visited Little Rituals two nights in a row while on vacation in Phoenix. In short, it was fantastic! My vegan partner had their impossible burger and it was the best I've ever tried. I got their Pho French dip and I'm not going to forget that sandwich. It was unique and perfectly executed. We had multiple drinks from their specialty cocktail menu and they were all clever, well balanced, and delightful. The cocktails were also very pretty to look at. Our bartender was Dustin and he knows how to do the job properly. I would recommend getting reservations if you'd like to get a table. We didn't get reservations but there were a few seats at the bar. I highly advise everyone to give this place a visit. It was truly a pleasure.

After a long flight from overseas, I decided to have a drink and a bite to eat here as it was conveniently located in my hotel. I was by myself so I was taken to the bar at first which was full, but they have a standing bar which you stay at until a seat opens at the bar...that was supposed to happen, but a party of two who came 10 minutes after me were seated when a spot opened, so that was a bit frustrating. They did seat me at a table, which was a good recovery. The drink was tasty, and they have a mix of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks here. The Thai French Dip sandwich was actually pretty tasty and the price overall was reasonable for the area. Definitely a place to try different you want some interesting cocktails.

DONT FORGET THE DELICIOUS JELLO SHOTS!!! I enjoyed coming here. The waitress was super fun and nice. My friend was supposed to tip in cash, but she forgot the young lady was a Caucasian woman with a short bald haircut. If you guys can send me her cash app so I can tip her I would be appreciated! The area is one floor. It’s super nice and cozy. It’s not too packed. Dimmed lights and nice atmosphere. You can see your car in the parking lot. The only one BAD thing I had was I did ordered that one blue drink, but it did not taste good. I drank two sips and asked for something else( yes I got charged even though I didn’t drink the entire drink) bill came up too $135. Food was good & so we’re the other drinks.

So in order to get in, it is on 4th floor, most of the times they have the bouncer at the elevator so he can provide you a key to get in. They have a old retro machine that lets you buy a beer with a coin! I think the beer was around $3. the crew was honest and a little busy (they had forgotten my drink but they gave me one on the house) but eh, their getting popular which is what this place deserves. Drinks stand out here, and I got suggestions from the group next to us in the booth section (make friends here). The View also fits the mood, because it doesn't get the sun shining directly in the window. I have not tried the food but that will be next ;) thank you for opening this gem for us in Phoenix!

  • Michael Moses

Walked in around 6 on Tuesday and found ourself a pleasant surprise as you take the elevator up to the 4th floor of the Courtyard Marriott (which I know... Courtyard... The same kind of place that you stay for a cheap work hotel). Delightful cocktails and nice ambience, but what sealed the deal were $1 appetizers per drink order. Our server was very pleasant, and we did not feel rushed with the time limit others mention in the reviews (likely because we were in early). YMMV. On a weekend night, I can see this place fill up with dress to impress dates and I know reservations are challenging. On a weekday, however, it makes for a necessary cocktail you can visit much more casually.

  • Saif

Our server Charity clinched this memorable dining experience at the end of the evening when inquiring who would pay, she asked, "Sugar Mama or Sugar Daddy?" We laughed and for the record it was Sugar Mama. We had the Sriracha Honey Wings, Phó French Onion and an Apple Walnut Salad. Oh and don't forget those drinks! We recommend the Careless Whispers and the Martini. I recommend a reservation which ironically was done through Yelp. Our 4th floor view seemed a lot higher as the eastern side of Phoenix came alive as our night rolled on. I can't wait to return and try their new menu items and rotating cocktail selection.

This little gem is in the hotel we are staying at, so we decided to have a nightcap there. So glad we did! I was happy to see they use Mr. Black in their espresso martinis. I ordered one and was shocked to see they had it on tap! I’ve never seen that before. Hubby got an old fashion, his go to. Both were delicious. We were seated at the bar, so we got to watch the bartender work his magic. It was fun watching him make some of their unique cocktails. We are here one more night, so we will definitely go again, and try something different.

My girlfriend and I have been here twice and both times the cocktails, food and service have been exceptional. Cocktails are moderately priced. I recommend the espresso martini, and the city lights (pictured with this review). Views of downtown are lovely. Reservations are recommended but not absolutely necessary unless there is a special event or function. We love coming here and will definitely come back.

Soo was there last night and not even the 2 drinks I had helped with the experience. The bartender seemed like he just hated being there, tried asking him about the menu and was condescending and dismissive. In regards to the food got the lamb chop mini bites And by mini I mean mini They were dry and hard to chew We also got the sliders and the meat was hard it really was like eating an overcook chicken nugget in a bun . Flavorless ! With so many options in the area This is not a place I will be going again!!!

Stayed at the hotel and it was a cool and amazing experience. The mushroom mac and cheese was AMAZING!!! and there were lots of options for cocktails, something for every taste. I had fun trying 3 of them and wish I could try the rest. The place is 21+ ONLY including hotel guests and wasn’t busy when I went around 7/8 pm on a Saturday. Bartenders provided great service. Would love to come back when I visit Phoenix again.

Update: I did receive an apology from the owner/manager. And they covered my bill. So I rarely give a bad review. I grew up in customer service so I still tipped even though I was very rudely insulted. Now I wish I wouldn’t have. I struggled with my weight for years and I’m not a small person. But I was full. So I couldn’t finish my drink or my food. I said when he asked how it was going that “I’m full.” To which the Bartender said “go throw up in the bathroom too make more room?”

Best cocktails in Phoenix and a pretty nice atmosphere (not as nice as, say, Highball). They lose a star because their billing policy for large groups is stupid. As a former server, I (kind of) get why they want at most 4 cards to cover the total tab, but why, in the age of computers, they can't divide the bill into 4 separate checks instead of making a bunch of drunks do the math to figure out what goes on what card is beyond me.

I walked by this place nearly every day until I got quite curious. Tonight I went in and had a wonderful evening. It's the kind of place that one sees in the movies when it comes to hip and happening bars. Despite being an older woman dying alone surrounded by couples, I felt quite comfortable. Wait staff made me feel very welcome. Mind, this place is quite expensive, but well worth it. I recommend you come here for a special occasion.. unless of course you have money to burn, then come every day if you want! Haha

Little Rituals has a bit of a speakeasy feeling with the decor, location, and lighting. There aren't a lot of signs, but you go up to the 4th floor and through a bead curtain to find the bar. It has city views, but mostly of parking lots and the outside of the stadium. We tried the Touch of Evil, Daiqurry, Avant Garden, and Midnight Snack, but the Vengance and Fashion was hands down the best! The appetizers were okay (especially with the $1 happy hour deal) but drinks are definitely the best part.

  • Frank Rampulla

Great place to take your friends when they come in from out of town, just make sure you make resys. It's got a great speakeasy vibe, I always order the "ponzi scheme" drink. Be sure to keep the coin if you order it. Take it back upon your next visit and redeem it. As mentioned by our lovely host, you could get a "a free drink or simply an attitude" which in my opinion adds to the charm of the drink's name.

Surprisingly good hotel bar, with a vast selection of—well, maybe not classics, but modern spins on the same. Did have to spend a couple minutes convincing the bartender to omit the butterscotch syrup () from my sidecar; I certainly believe that many patrons enjoy drinks that taste like a Werther's, but I was glad to have the option to not. Decor veers towards the kitschy but, hey, it's in the hotel.

Cool 4th floor spot in the residence inn. Not a great view as it's mostly parking lot but still cool overlooking downtown Phoenix. The décor is vibrant and fun. Drink menu is an adventure to look at (grab the physical one instead of QR to get full experience) with detailed descriptions, cool names and neat stylized photos of the array of hand crafted cocktails. A bit on the sweet side and gimmicky. The opples and bononos dessert was very good and just sweet enough.

  • Family Movva

Amazing little "speakeasy" on the 4th floor of a Marriott Courtyard of all places. Nothing to do with the hotel other than being in one, so can't room charge! Taylor is an incredible mixologist and the cocktails were out of this world. Urban anxiety and Bad & Boozy were my favorites. Don't miss it! Friday and Saturdays I am told you need reservations but weekdays were fine.

Just stopped by for drinks as I came across the Wine Enthusiast Magazine named it as 1 of the top cocktail bars in the U.S. Had dinner reservations elsewhere, but the food menu definitely piqued my interest so I will make a point to go back for dinner and drinks next time, and I will ask for Raquel who was attentive and well versed on the menu! 2 thumbs up!!!

I really love this place, but last night service was lacking. it took a long time to get our first order in of 2 drinks and 2 small plates..which was amazing. To get another drink and destert, forget it. We had already been there over and hour and we eventually had to leave to get somewhere else. Our server was oblivious. My husband paid our tab at the bar and we left.

Fantastic cocktail bar. Wonderful menue. Good social distance practices. Recommend reservations as it is small and fills fast. It was in my hotel on the 4th floor. Closed Mondays. Fantastic drinks! Great bartenders. Very trendy. Food seems simple. Lots of jalapeño. Slight delay for food. Chef took care of us. The star is the artful and precise drinks that are made with sight, smell, taste and mouthful. Utterly perfect.

  • Nader S.

Beautiful bar inside the Marriot on the 4th floor overlooking part of downtown Phoenix. The decor is very classy, the drinks are amazing and the service was excellent! There are so many craft cocktails to choose from and they always have new ones shuffled in. The server knew their drinks very well and made some amazing suggestions! Definitely come check this place out & fyi it can get very busy with a wait!

  • Ryan Wuensche

Very cool vibe and speakeasy feel. Cocktail menu looks awesome, too. Service is ok, not bad. Drinks are creative but not great, no one ordered a second of anything. They looked awesome, prefect for insta pics. Good menu, was playful and creative but overpriced for what it was. (A couple charcuterie boards and fried options, french fries & calamari. Would recommend for out of town friends but not locals.

  • Calvin Lenz

Been a few times and they have some really excellent cocktails. The drink menu is pretty large but easy to navigate. My favorites have been the daiqurry, midnight snack, and sidepiece which were all excellent. Not a fan of the bad & boozy but I'm sure there are folks who enjoy that one. The also have a small and tasty food menu, but be warned basically everything on the menu is some kind of spicy.

  • Jared M Spangler

Unexpected surprise. The service was fantastic. Felt that the servers and bartenders were truly interested in you enjoying your visit. Views to the east are good during the evening/night. Prepare for your visit with an open mind. The drink menu will stretch your thoughts about what should be mixed together in an alcoholic beverage, but trust me, it works. Prepare to visit on foot, valet is $33

Fabulous place, very cute. Inside a hotel but doesn't feel like a hotel bar. Inventive and fun drinks. The cocktail I tried was delicious and the ones I saw the bartenders making were all well-presented and fun to watch them make. I also had a pour of the Fortaleza 2021 Winter Blend tequila, which was fantastic and well worth the price, I highly recommend it to anyone who likes tequila neat.

Fantastic cocktail bar with a modern and clean atmosphere. Dark and intimate with great mood light and an expansive bar list. I appreciated the cocktail menu illustrations and ingredients and little details that went a long way. The chefs board was great to lick at to take the edge off before dinner. Our bartender service was friendly. Definitely make a reservation ahead of time. Thank you

The decor. The vibe. The drinks. The service. Everything was great! We didn't have a reservation, but they were still able to seat us quickly (it was a Thursday night on Superbowl Weekend, so results may vary) . I had the cartographer, and my friends had our server recommend drinks based on what they like. We all loved our drinks! It wasn't my first time, and it won't be my last!

Best new bar?! Ha! In your dreams. Mediocre drinks at best. Learn to make the basics before you hire a marketing team to lie for you. Old fashioned was made in about 16 seconds and had 2 dozen ice cubes. A good old fashioned should be properly muttled, rested, then poured over as few large ice cubes as possible. It's worth waiting for a good drink and this was not one.

Went here for my One Year Anniversary and the Waitress I got was super fun and kind, and the drinks were worth the wait but I HEAVILY ADIVISE on reserving a table ahead of time

My husband and I came here on our last night in Phoenix. We had been bar hopping and several servers elsewhere told us we had to try Little Rituals. It exceeded expectations with fun, unique drinks; an amazing atmosphere; and great food. Charity was an amazing help, assisting us in our choices and just overall being a great vibe. Highly recommend!

  • Aimee Higgins

Charity was a fantastic waitress and combined with the atmosphere and absolutely fabulous food and cocktails, I highly recommend! Modern, creative and different. I loved the whole experience! Total surprise tucked into the 4th floor of the downtown Phoenix Courtyard Marriot Residence Inn.

Very innovative well balanced cocktails and a super inviting, hospitable staff. Chanel and Richard are amazing people to spend an evening with at the bar. Aaron aka "Doc" one of the owners, is literally one of the most knowledgeable bar people ive ever met, and also so humble and welcoming. I would live here if someone would let me

Visited Phoenix for the first time with the wife. Found this place and checked it out. Found via TikTok/Google Reviews. Drink menu was dope. I had the ponzi scheme and wifey had the split personality. Mine wasn't that good but wifey loved hers. Wifey ordered the plum crumble and loved it Nice vibes and fun place to grab a drink

  • Raven Haynes

What a vibe ! This place and the cocktails were such a treat ! We didn't make a reservation but had drinks while waiting at the bar for our seats. The bartender was extremely helpful with drink suggestions. We had already eaten so didn't try any food but will be sure to be back to try because everything smelled delish !

  • Laura B

Drinks and food were good! Menu for craft drinks extensive, small food menu. The wings were amazing!!! The place was busy at 5:30 on a Sunday, and ran with very limited staff. It looked like there was one server in the phone place, a hostess, a guy in the kitchen, and a bartender. They did amazing for the large rush!

  • Brandon Smith

Little rituals has that intimate setting downtown for great drinks and great vibes. Set up on the 4th floor in the Residence Inn downtown overlooking the FootPrint Center. Low lighting for that pseudo speakeasy kind of vibe that makes you want to just slow down and sip on a nice cocktail and have great conversation.

Love the decor in this place!!!! The liquor selection is like nothing I've seen in AZ before. Top shelf everything, except the bartender. He was drag and disappointing and couldn't have pretended he wanted to be at work if his life depended on it. Buzz kill. Drink was phenomenal tho! Cheers

Wow, what an amazing bar! The ambiance was amazing, and the food was also spectacular. Chanel was the bartender, and she was super friendly and gave great recommendations for food, and always made sure my drinks were full! Would recommend this bar to anyone visiting Downtown Phoenix!

Always an incredible experience! Owner Aaron DeFeo has quite the gem here in the city. Inventive and delicious cocktails. Service is on point and you must order from the food menu. Disco fries, Crispy Chicken sliders and Pho French Dip! Check out Appertivo Hour all night on Tuesdays.

I enjoyed the atmosphere at little rituals restaurant.I had a nice drink that was infused with cherry and mesqskeetwood. It was called Bush doctor.I would highly recommend if you're in the Phoenix area to go visit little ritual and enjoy a beautiful atmosphere and a fantastic drink.

  • Rebecca Martinez

Uniquely handcrafted libations with a downtown view. Incredibly tasty and thoughtful! I suggest adding a "Shot in the dark" to whatever you order! Overall, a bit pricey, but very stylish, worthwhile, and upscale. French fries are authentic Belgian-style!! Nice touches throughout.

  • Matthew Morgan

Swanky little spot tucked away on the fourth floor of the Residence Inn. Who would have thought? Amazing craft cocktails where the bartenders make almost every ingredient from scratch. Take some time to check this one out. Oh and make sure to look closely at any of the ice cubes.

I can’t express enough how much my wife and I love this place. The server was extremely helpful and was able to make drinks that we liked. The view and the atmosphere are the best in Phoenix and we love the vibe. This is our go to spot for down town from now on.

High end bar with bites to eat. You will be greeted at the front and escorted to your seat. Great place to bring a date for a sparkly night out. They use quality alcohol and ingredients, so the drinks are going to be expensive, just fyi.

This “salad” was $16. It has maybe 5 leaves of kale chopped up. It looks like they forgot to finish making it? And one of the pieces was obviously not good. Disappointing and a total rip-off.
