If you're looking for an affordable hotel within walking distance to every major location in Saigon, this is the one. Make sure to let your taxi driver know to stop at the lane way number 36 on Lê Lợi street. Then you'll need to take a short walk to the end of the lane way. Reception is up 1 flight of stairs. If you book the cheapest room like we do, the room is quite small to maneuver around. There is only a tiny window in the room for sunlight. Aircon is sooo good its cool the room down right away (youll appreciate this with Vietnams weather). Bathroom is nice and clean with limited sink snd counter space. You can use the desk instead for makeup or whatever else. But at the end, we're staying as a couple so not an issue. Also our main focus is good price while still having great service so this is nothing. If you book the bigger room, you'll have a balcony and big sliding door out to it. Plenty of sunlight and room to walk around. Breakfast buffet is small and okay food. I'd encourage the hotel to include more vegetarian/vegan options. At the moment, there is 1 savory dish only. Of course we can go for bread and spreads, fruits and desserts, but more savory dishes would be great. At the same time, it's a budget hotel so don't expect much. You can always eat out and explore anyway. Note: you can kindly ask for ice to make Vietnamese ice coffee even though it's not on the buffet coffee table ☕️ We stay here as a big group for a wedding so this spot is great for everyone. The walking street Nguyễn Huệ is 3 minute walk away, with so much to experience. Same short distances for laundry services, convenience stores, movie theaters. Although it's near the major streets, the place is tucked at the end of the laneway so your rooms will still stay quiet. Also, take advantage of the number of cool hidden coffee shops within the laneway. The biggest thing I like about this hotel is the service. Everyone is soooo nice and accommodating. We stay here for a whole week so I really get to know them all :) From the receptionists Daniel and Kelly - to the housekeeper Rosa - to the bellman Nick and Ricky - to chef Peter and Vivian. Always have a smile on their face and ready to assist you with any requests. In short, highly recommend :3

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Not only was my room very comfortable, but the staff makes this hotel stand out! Daniel and Kelly at reception will bend over backwards to help you! After three weeks of Vietnamese food (which I like!), I was so happy to get yogurt and eggs each morning for breakfast! Ricky, Nick and Peter greet you with a smile every morning, and Peter prepared my omelette perfectly each day. It's also a fantastic location. You're across the street from the Saigon Center with an amazing food court on a lower level, then a restaurant row on an upper level with Thai, Japanese, and Korean food. (So many coffee and chocolate stores!) And I was able to walk to almost everything I wanted to see. As others have mentioned, the hotel is down an alley that opens up into a courtyard with several coffee shops and this hotel. The entrance to the alley is near the middle of the block directly across from the Saigon Center mall. Follow the alley past shops, enter the courtyard and curve to the right till you see the hotel sign. It's easier than it sounds, and you're away from the street noise. I had the room with the view (fourth floor) and it was wonderful to watch sunrise and sunset. There's a desk with chair, plenty of power outlets, fridge, electric kettle - and an enclosed shower! I very much enjoyed my stay here, rested well, and highly recommend. Thank you to the entire staff!

Don't go by the pics on their site or other apps... The rooms are definitely not as seen in the photos.. Also, it is difficult to navigate to the hotel as u need to get into small lane to locate the place. Pls note, cabs can't drive thru ths lane and hence, u need to walk down with ur luggage to the hotel. Staff is not at all friendly or supportive. Rooms are very small.. More so, the hotel did not feel safe for family or women travelers. It looked to be a different purpose hotel and not for vacation.. Location is just perfect to walk around key places in the city. Suggest to give it a skip if with family or only female travelers. Solo travelers can be okay to go with it.

We love this boutique hotel very much. Great location, walking distance to most tourist attractions, very friendly & helpful staff. The room was well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Big balcony with a nice view especially at night. Breakfast was better than expected and set you up for the day. We would like to thank the front desk staffs Kelly, Will and Daniel for their hospitality. Highly recommend staying here.

Prime location, incredible people, great pricing. If you’re heading from the airport, just set your destination to Lava Coffee (serves delicious joe) or Saigon Eco Craft. Walk a little bit down the alley then voila, you arrive! * Mr. Ricky, Mr. Nick, Mr. Chen, Ms. Rosa, Ms. Kelly, Mr. Daniel and other staff member are each incredible individual. They’re helpful, they’re kind and they generate this wholesome energy to you. Definitely recommend this place :-)

Great stay in the central of district, and quiet despite its central location. Hotels are comfortable, air con works perfectly. Breakfeast is tasty and filling. Staff have very nice and accommodating. Thanks to Nick at breakfast buffet and helping with our bags. Hotel is close to many of the attractions in Saigon. Great value for money.
