What a disappointment! We have eaten at this restaurant for years and years. Enough to call it my local Thai go-to. Well not anymore and all because of a very poor take away experience that was made worse by the staffs failure to fix a simple error where they gave one of our dishes to another customer. As background - amongst a larger family order I ordered a specific dish for my young daughter - not something on the menu. I was prepared to wait the 25 minutes for them to make it and I did wait. When the order was finally ready they handed it to me and off I went. I should have double checked that everything was there but given we only ordered 4 dishes I didn’t think they could mess it up. On getting home, we noticed 1 of the dishes wasn’t included. I called and they said they must have given it away and would make another one and deliver it straight away. Well - 40 minutes later I called again as nothing had been delivered. Lots of excuses about how busy they were. The missing meal was not yet cooked. Almost 1 hour after leaving the restaurant there is a knock on the door and a meal is pretty much thrown at me. Again no apology, no offer to refund the cost of the meal or mention of any compensation. At this point I just wanted the meal... I had a sick six year old who wanted her dinner. Take it into the kitchen and guess what.... it wasn’t even what I had ordered. To be specific... the missing dish was to be flat noodles, tofu and egg in a ginger sauce. What we got was a stock standard vegetable noodle dish. Nothing like what my daughter wanted. Last time we ever do business with you guys.

The food was superb, the service exceptional. My wife and I will return, but only when we have been told that the following issues have been resolved: 1. The front door closer needs adjustment. Almost every time someone entered or left the restaurant, the door slammed hard enough to rattle the windows. This should be a relatively easy fix, and not too expensive. 2: The toilets are disgusting. 3 There are patches of linoleum that are lifting. This is an OSH issue, and could be costly if a customer (or a staff member) should have an accident as a result. The young manager Maria did everything right. She apologised for the slamming door, admitting that it was an annoyance. In addition, her commitment to customer service is admirable.

The worst experience ever! Service was absolutely terrible… One waitress who was running around like a chook with its head cut off. Ordered entree and meal for my niece… We got that meal Didn’t even see the entree 45 minutes later and we still hadn’t ordered mains.. Waitress couldn’t even pull a cork for our wine and proceeded to ask a customer at counter to help her.. He then managed to destroy the cork and an expensive bottle of wine!!! Tables crammed in.. People constantly bumping into you.. We walked out along with two other families Absolutely pathetic service Ruined our evening

The place used to be our favorite - today they were in well over their heads. First appetizer, 1/2h after order (which took 20’ to take). One meal then came in parts, another meal came with the remaining appetizers after intervention, roti came at the very end. Sharp 2cm plastic piece in first appetizer. Food lakes the attention to detail. Won’t be there soon again.

What a serious mistake! ordered delivery via uber eats to Malvern East tonight and the food was delivered on time and still hot. Thanks, we enjoyed the food, the quality was as good as we have had dining in...... Good job guys!

I don't like writing negative reviews because I like to support local businesses. The food we bought was well below expectations and had to provide feedback. We ordered the mixed entree, roti with peanut sauce, satay chicken (asked for chicken sate stir-fry but got satay sticks), seafood stir-fry with garlic and basil with rice Every dish was overcooked and overfried. The roti was that tough you couldn't eat it. The seafood stir fry sauce was nice but the fish overcooked. Same with the tough chicken sate sticks. They were prompt on delivery time however

Such a lovely thai restaurant I'm a big foodie and always on the hunt to find new places. Food was very and price was so reasonable as everywhere has put up prices. I ordered pad kee mao beef and chicken spring rolls take away Staff were so friendly, warm and attentive. Very authentic thai flavour and portion size was very good!!! Thank you so much for a lovely dinner I definate will be back

Food good but not sure if it was worth the 2.5 hours we had to wait for home delivery. When we ordered on a Sunday night at 6.20pm we were happy to wait for the estimated 60mins that they advised us over the phone. When we phoned 2 hours later they confirmed our food had just left, however it still took an extra 35 mins before it finally arrived. No explanation was given just a half arsed apology over the phone. Not good enough!

We visited this place a while back and decided to try it again. The food was even better this time around and couldnt fault the friendliness or efficiency of the staff. The place is small but never really busy, so feeling cramped is unlikely. We had the chicken spring rolls, curry puffs, cashew gai grob and beef pud bai gapao. Great flavour and decent portion sizes. Definitely eat in rather than take away.

I have loved this restaurant for a number of years but today walked out disgusted that sitting there for an hour, we had not received any food. All the while watching loads of take away going out the door. People in the restaurant need to be served too. Won’t be gong back

This place is not bad if you're just looking for basic Thai with no frills. The restaurant space is crammed with barely any room between tables so we felt like we were basically sitting on top of the family next to us. The food was average price and very average tasting. Service was okay too, although a little slow considering the restaurant wasn't particularly full. I won't be going back in a hurry.

Have been going to this restaurant for takeaway for years. Best Thai in the area..hadn't been for a little while ...but ordered tonight. I could not believe how small the serving was. Ordered Red Curry Chicken. Literally only 5 pieces of chicken in the serve. The serve was 30% the size of what I had always received....?

While taking a walk we decided on an impromptu dinner and came across a Little Thai cafe we were greeted and served by Maria who went above and beyond she was incredibly helpful, cheerful and prompt in her service, she was amazing. The food was fresh, delicious, full of taste and well cooked. Deeply satisfied with the quantity, quality and atmosphere

The food here is always great and the prices are reasonable. The Penang curry was amazing (we asked for it to be a bit spicier - had red chilli pieces), and the signature chicken stir fry we had was really good. We often get takeaway here and it is consistently good. Highly recommended.

Been here twice for dinner. Service is excellent, staff are friendly. The serving sizes are great. Atmosphere can be quite noisy, being a small restaurant. The taste was excellent the first time however the second it wasn't as tasty. Need to work in the food consistency.

I ordered 3 mains from this place, none were particularly good, nor were they terrible. Precooked ingredients were used. Meat in dishes was dry and tasteless. This is your average Thai place. They can fix dinner but a poor facsimile to the original food in Thailand.

Tried twice in this restaurant and being disappointed twice. The dishes are all drowning in sugar lacking typical Thai aromatics. There’s no depth of flavours and freshness. The meat is chewy. We ordered three dishes this time. All we can taste is sugar...

Having dinner at this place for the first time with two kids. The food is delicious Thai food one would expect. Kitchen seems to be slow with orders but we weren't rushing. It has a quite nice atmosphere. Would recommend to any Thai food lovers.

We ordered take away and it was honestly one of the better Thai food I have eaten in Melbourne. We had their signature pork belly & signature spicy pork dishes. Highly recommend this place !
