I think there is improvement needed when it comes to handling clients…. Case in point, I walked in, the person at the reception got me someone to work on me, and another person/staff walked to up to me and was very rude, she mentioned there wre people that had come before me which might have been true. But i was supposed to be advised earlier on by the person at the reception. If there’s a problem, you solve it within yo staff rather not be angry at the client . I don’t work with the team to Knw wats on ground. The Ntinda team needs to do better

This branch of there's in kyanja is abit off. The person washing my hair had lather allover my face They blow dried my hair with too much heat and one stylist was telling me how shes tired and hence i should opt for another style rather than the one i preferred. also ever since I left the saloon my scalp is still itching upto date I'm not sure which product they used that caused that effect. However the nail guy was amazing.

Best Natural Hair salon. Hairdressers tenderly twist the hair, to avoid breakage. They also know how to handle children's hair. My hair loves the Livara hair products. The salon is very clean and spacious. Clean toilet is available. I recommend that you call and make an appointment, as the place can get really busy.

As always the customer care here is impeccable. The ladies and gentlemen are usually friendly and down to earth. I like their products although sometimes I get allergy from some of them... Never known which one exactly... So I just use the moisturizer for my hair. Great ave for Natural Hair.

Livara Salons is one of the few Salons in Kampala that uses strictly organic hair products and primarily serves customers with natural hair. Their services are also especially tailored for children with child friendly services and ambience fit for the young ones. Highly recommend it.

Livara service was great especially for a person like me transitioning to natural hair. Only challenge was I had to wait for quite sometime maybe that can be attributed to high demand. That aside I purchased their hair products and they lived up to their expectations

Family salon. has fairy good customer care. parking is a bit tricky here since they do not have slots designated specially for them. if you really need parking, i advise you park along the road or drive to Tuskys which is about 90-ish meters away walk back.

I go here with my little sister and the customer service is wonderful. They take appointments which I find professional. My little sister is rather motivated to keep her than cut it because they handle her well. My hair ha improved tremendously …

I've loved livara for a long time but something is missing in the salon in ntinda these days. One of the ladies failed to detangle my hair. My efforts to complain about the painful comb she was using fell to deaf ears. It was so frustrating

I had my hair pampered in this salon. The products used are designed for our hair. You get 1-1 personalised care with your hair dresser, and you are recommended hair products to suit your hair type

It was OK. Area of improvement - communication to the client. Letting someone know that they should wait, or the person supposed to work on the client is coming or even finishing up somethings

I use livara and I would say they're the best products for my natural hair. Especially the butter oil with mint, it boosts hair growth, and treats drandful. The moisturer is a good one.

The least one can do for a business that delivers on their promise is to let the world know what they are missing out on by not visiting and utilizing their services and products.
