I joined LAC 5 months ago and signed up for personal training. Through the personal training, I have been taught how to use the equipment properly and can also feel comfortable going and working out on my own. I highly recommend Geoff to all skill levels. Geoff is highly knowledgeable and knows how how to keep workouts challenging.
Lloyd personal training is next level! The trainers are intuitive and inclusive. They are super knowledgeable and answered all of my fitness questions. I've been at LAC for about a year and a half now. Most of that time, I've been training with Justin Olsen. He strikes a good balance between challenging me and making sure not to push me too far. Justin also does a really good job of keeping things fresh as well. I've come a long way working with him.
I have worked with two trainers at LAC over several years. Both have been friendly and patient and kind, helping me achieve my goals. Michael White, my last trainer, was exceptional in every way. I look forward to working with him again after this crazy virus is under control and safe for all of us.
If you are even thinking about making the investment in a personal trainer, I have to boast about Chase Mancia at the LAC. I'm 50+ and haven't done any strength training in over a decade. I am beginning to build muscle mass and have noticed those changes in my body. It's the friendly push I need!
