"The old lady look very nice, speak nicely, but she make me run 3 times to this branch just to confirm I have the right documents to open a bank account! And she just tell me at the 3rd time visit that if I apply online it will be only 10 minutes and no need book appointment through her and appointments has booked until next week, once I applied online, Lloyds bank will ask me to provide my documents to any bank store"
"I have never left Google reviews but really felt that I needed to on this occasion, highlight the excellent customer service I received from Manisha Halai at Lloyds in Willesden"
"Terrible service and solidarity!Arrived at 16:59 with a 3 months baby just to put money into my account and they didn’t let me in although it was a 1 minute transaction and still lots of cuatomers inside"

Ok, so why are you asking me coming with my documents for? I just would like open a current account with Lloyds! What kind of service of Lloyds? I am not coming again or open any account with Lloyds bank now.
I have never left Google reviews but really felt that I needed to on this occasion, highlight the excellent customer service I received from Manisha Halai at Lloyds in Willesden. She was very patient and assisted me throughout my banking process. I was mindful of the banks closing time however this did not phase her and she continued to assist and support me! A credit to Lloyds bank to have such efficient staff !
Terrible service and solidarity!Arrived at 16:59 with a 3 months baby just to put money into my account and they didn’t let me in although it was a 1 minute transaction and still lots of cuatomers inside.I told them I had rushed and brought the baby all the way from Home running. They didn’t care, they had still 1 minute to serve customers but the shut the door ever before their closing time.
Went to the Willesden Green Branch today to try and resolve a fairly complicated issue; reactivating a dormant savings account. The bank manager, Tahir, was extremely friendly, resourceful, and efficient in solving my problem. I also went to return some old 20 pound notes. Exchanging them was quick and easy. Left this branch with a great feeling. Thank you!
Nikhel M. - this tall south Asian looking man was extremely rude. Needs to be fired from his job. Racist towards me, telling me “I’m not listening” and yelling at me on a nice Friday morning with zero rush in the bank. So he didn’t have to be rude. Absolute joke and so rude. Writing this to elevate this to the authorities at Lloyd’s.
I walked into the branch on finchley lane with my kids we walked in a lady came out and said how can she help I told her and she said she wld spk to the manager she later said they really need to close and I really have to leave now due to security reasons I was treated like a criminal and I would escalate this definately.
Excellent customer service!!! Visited today Lloyds bank, Willesden I cant imagine how the staff ( Manager) went an extra mile to help me process the transaction. Definitely I was expecting a good service but honestly that kind of service is on another level ... Thank you so much !!!
Manisha the Bank Manager is so helpful. She went out of her way to help me even though the branch closes at 3.30pm she was helping me till 4pm but my card was blocked by fraud. Nickel also kept his till open so I could get some cash out once my card was unblocked.
Waited more than 1 hour for a extremely simple thing. Lady from desk left telling us to queue for the cashiers and they told us to wait 30 mins for her again. When she finally remembered to arrive, she helped another person who was not even in queue before.
Called into Willesden Green i was upset I have been waiting ages for my activation code . Very kind, lady Helen helped me sign on to mobile banking . She was very patient and guided me through it all. First time I have had great service from lloyds bank.
The worst branch ever!!! No customer service. Waited 30 minutes to change some notes and when it was my turn I was told sorry we don't have £50 notes!!! And when you start complaining they call it abuse!!!! Both cashiers need manners and experience.
I am 87 and have mobility problems. Occasionally, I visit the Branch. I always get warm welcome. They are excellent people and the service is great. By the way, I have been Lloyds customer since 1 Jan. 1970. I wish them all best of luck.
I have asked for help to set up my new card and they told me to call to customer service the waiting time was over an hour, eventually I have done a new card with Barclays bank as the staff helped me in the office.
I love going to this branch. I always served with great customer service, i would like to thank especially to nickhel, manisha and shane for they phenomenal service.
I had a wonderful experience at this branch. Lady called Manish was excellent with her service & super helpful. Highly recommend her when at this branch.
There was one blonde lady so rude. I didn’t like it. And when I asked if the other bank work like them she said change bank …
Excellent service from all the members. Extremely friendly, kind and very helpful. Recommend this branch highly.
I heard the bank is closing down what about people like me that have learning disabilities
Literally and undeniably the worst lloyds or bank branch. Staff need a slap or 2.
