Do not open an account with them, run away from this bank!!! The worst bank ever I could have. 1. I want to send money abroad, I am asking them to send and they said the IBAN is not good, not correct. I am going to Barclays and I have sent money without any problem using the same IBAN they said is not correct. 2. I need to update an account from basic to normal account. It took 1 month to get an appointment on Saturday. Than I am coming and they could' t finish the job because system updates take 24 hours. They booked another appointment in two weeks time. A few days before the appointment I get a call , appointment has been canceled because someone is not feeling well. They booked for another week. One hour before appointment I get another call , appointment has been canceled again , system is not working. Now we are here for this 4th appointment and guess what.... appointment is not in the system... we are wainting, someone will see us... RUN AWAY!!!!!

Service is such disappointing and disgusting.. I lost my money, someone withdrawn it without my knowledge so I approached bank to report the issue.. they performed some basic investigation and simply said you can't claim your money bank since you can't prove it as it was physical transaction. I visited bank multiple times , I had to argue with that people in the bank just to listen my problem. And you know how their staff treated me ? I received humiliation for visiting that bank for that many times but i had to after all I want to figure out what happened to my money and when it was not me it is absolutely banks responsibility. I ended up not getting my money bank and all that bank process brought me to some trauma. #southharrow

I am very disappointed with lloyds Bank. They lured me with an account opening incentive. I opened the account and used the account for a few months. I subsequently found that their fee paying account was not right for me, so I downgraded the account. Unknown to me, lloyds cancelled the incentive vue vouchers they had offered as part of opening the account. It went to vue cinema with friends and family. When i presented my vouchers i was advised they have been cancelled. This was major embressment. For few ££ lloyds has left bad impression. I am now moving my and my family's accounts to another bank. In summary, the bank can give and take incentives many months after giving it to. You will only find out when you try to use it.

It’s a bank - you can sort out all the basic baking needs, however the quality of service is more than questionable. On multiple occasions, the staff sounded extremely patronising when asked about anything, explaining everything to me as I were a child, even with me saying “I get the basics, please answer my actual question.” They quite often (one gentleman in specific) mumble and laugh under their nose when serving me. It’s a functioning bank, but the quality of service is utterly disappointing.

Been to a branch to open an account, the lady checked the documents I need, they were alright but unfortunately was no one available to practically open the account so she send me to another branch few metro station away. Here they told me I have an extra H in my name in utility bill so I can not open an account. My name is Cristina in I'd, and in utility bill is Christina, so they say no even the family name matched.

One of the worst experience I have ever had with the manager of the Branch, James Pearson. Mr Pearson refused to assist me with such a rude, unprofessional and impolite way. It is really sad a manager of a Branch to give such a disappointed image behaving with such an unprofessional way like Mr Pearson did towards me. I wish this formal complaint to be raised to the head office.

UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE STAFF. Just to open an account I had to visit this bloody branch 5 times. Every time I visited they asked me to get another document or else they ask for a different requirement on a document. I had to get an appointment booked for every visit. WASTED so much of my TIME and MONEY. So unprofessional, can't they tell their requirements just once?

I went to the station road Lloyds bank branch it was very best experience, the staff being helpful but the banking Consultant Naina Patel made it very clearer nd easier towards the process , she made the whole meeting very comfortable and appropriate way , she is very professional and guide the clients in best ways by Lloyds Bank . My experience with lloyds has been very poor in the past but the bank manager Tahir was really helpful and guided me to the right sources due to fraudulent and cyber attacks on my account due to Assurant. I will be writing a formal complaint to Lloyds bank PLC due to the dismissal of my platinum account and negligent workers at Harrow Lloyds

Lloyd bank customer service is very bad, specially their mortgage department so unprofessional staff, who is working at Wembley branch. Those staff are in helpful. I going to closing my Lloyds account and moving to another bank. I been with 17 years with them and finally they could not help me what’s other bank could.

Extremely disappointed with their service. One of the tellers at the bank is always clueless and never even tried to be helpful. Absolutely no guidance on their part and all they ever tell me is to call customer service. I don't understand the point of hiring tellers if they never have information.

Absolutely shocking, have no clue what they r doing specially when money to send abroad. Excuses are we never done this before. It’s advise for the head office, PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF WELL. Disappointed, wasted my 1 hour in d bank to see some blank faces.

Bad customer service, and they change the attitude when they see your passport, arrogant and unprofessional. And you see so many bad reviews as a respectable bank maybe do something about it?! Or else you are losing customers and therefore money.

Big shout out to Sonal who patiently interacted with various Lloyds departments to sort out my credit card renewal. I believe that we are always quick to criticise, but somewhat slower to praise. Thank you. Update: My card arrived the next day.

It seems like this bank is still stuck in the 90’s!!! Always long queues coming out of the door, no air con, summer time is torture, really arrogant rude careless staff, if you can avoid it by all means.

Went at 2:35pm on a Saturday and it was shut. Even though it says they are closing at 3pm. Not to mention I had to rush with a baby..Disappointed. Change the schedule if you’re not gonna respect it.
