idk whats wrong with asian pharmacist , they cant smile they cant talk ... all i spend was 5 minutes at the drop-off the (chinese guy) pharmacist got my prescription started entering it on the computer , i asked him "are you guys overly busy ?" (my intention was to know how much of a wait time i have) He replied sorry later , dont distract me ! LOL ... i thought that was super rude ...how difficult is it to put a rx under an already existing patient ..? you have my phn address and insurance card already on file..all you require is add the drug and doc , mind you they had no patients at the time ! just dead slow ! This is why i always go to community pharmacy there is always a bond in between the pharmacist and patients ! i went there only coz i had some shopping ..never again !

The staff are friendly enough, but I sincerely do not understand on any level what takes 1 hour + for a medication to be refilled. Not a single person waiting has received medication in the hour I’ve been standing here waiting. The staff walk back and forth as if they’re doing something, and yet no one is getting rung up and the line is only getting longer. If it’s a short staffing issue - hire more staff. If it’s an issue with the ‘system’ then get a better one that is more user friendly to work with. Sadly an hour is the average wait time, with the longest I’ve stood waiting just over 2 hours. If you read any of these reviews, seriously listen to them and take your prescription elsewhere.

I've been trying to get my medication filled for two days, now. The pharmacy my medication was faxed to is closed tomorrow so I'll be waiting until Monday for the pharmacist to fill a freaking prescription. Was told it would be filled today and I would receive a phone call. Haven't gotten a call, so I went in 10 mins before they closed when I realized that was the case. Pharmacy was closed early. 3 days without medication for my nerve pain :) Will not be coming back, considering the last time I got it filled here they gave me 10 days of pills instead of 30? Like how do you even make that mistake?

I called to refill a prescription they said it would be ready in 45 minutes. I came 2 hours later. It took me 30 minutes to drive there, I waited in the pick up line for 20 minutes, for them to tell me that it’s not ready because their too busy and I would have to wait another 10 minutes. I told them it’s ok that you’re busy but why wouldn’t you tell me that I wouldn’t have stood in this line and wasted my time coming here. They are very inconsiderate, they shouldn’t take on a task they cannot commit to, people need their medication. I would’ve taken my prescription else where had I know.

The Doctor prescribed me 1/2 a tablet twice a day then I went to the pharmacy & the pharmacist told me that she's not going to cut the drugs as per Doctor prescription but told me that to buy a tablet cutter another expenses over.It doesn't make any sense to do it by myself.I don't know how to cut how about if a seniors came to the pharmacy do they going to tell them the same thing or she's going to judge by appearance.As per the pharmacist it's a Superstore Pharmacy rules that they don't do it.So don't wasted your time to go there,visit any other pharmacies.This's Superstore Pahrmacy.

Poor services!!! Seems like they have no ideas what they are doing!! What a rude incompetent Chinese guy) Pharmacist!!! Never recommend anyone to go in Pharmacy!! The store is amazing for grocery and other stuff but Pharmacist is completely rude and no intention of helping patients @ all!! Drove 50 km to come to this pharmacy and all they says SORRY CANT DO ANYTHING!!! I called earlier and nobody mentioned!!! I am going to Complain ALBERTA COLLEGE OF PHARMACY FOR INCOMPETENT AND MISINFORMATION TO THE PATIENTS!!! Huge miscommunication and misconduct for the CHINESE GUY!!! Yuan!!!

what liars this Pharmcy is both Pharmacists Yuan...Mohammad both lied to my wife in person and on the phone to me, and said Blue Cross is the one lying, regarding my Meds that keep me alive due to Cardiovascular Disease, Diabetes, Cholesterol (12 Prescriptions) because they can't get their story straight--am I now supposed to stop my meds! will they be of accurate compounds for me..an AHS patient? am I safe in this Pharmacies care? Blue Cross said it's the Pharmacy!

Do not go to this pharmacy ever! The staff won't even acknowledge you and they work extremely slowly. They have two lines one for prescription drop off and one for pick up. I couldn't get one drop done in an empty drop off line after 40 minutes of waiting. Meanwhile the line for pick up moved at a snails pace. I think they managed to process 2 people in the near hour I was standing there. You'll get better service at McDonald's than you will here.

I let it go the first time when I got charged wrong even though my insurance is already in their database. But recently they made a big mess with my prescription where they gave me two different brands which mixed together was making me extremely nauseous. No only did they not ask if I was okay with the other brand they also keep losing my refills and my doctor has been getting very frustrated with having to call it in.

Worst place to have your prescriptions faxed by the doctor. Extremely rude and careless staff. Loblaws or superstore management are least concerned about the service of this pharmacy. Today pharmacist Mohammed Tariq was very rude and misbehaved with my wife. Staff was coughing and sneezing while still in front of customers. I am transferring all my family's prescriptions from this nasty pharmacy.

You would think a pharmacy would not argue with you on filling a prescription that you need. Had to argue to get a the prescription filled and follow up every day (took 5 days for it to be done). I also had to tell them more then once to run my benefits. All while I am sick and needing the prescription. I will be looking for a new pharmacy.

what is wrong with this Asian guy pharmacist rude.we run out of medication , and went to ask for refill request told him were seeing our dr in five days and this Asian guy pharmacist wont give us and start making up stories about manufacturer...blah. blah... in considerate pharmacist!!! :(

I understand times are a little rough with covid and staff shortage. But seriously guys waiting times are ridiculous. We just need our medicine. Phones calls get ignored sometimes. I really Hope the government and these big companies can support these workers more somehow.
