I placed my detergent pods in the bottom of both washers. Then I put my clothes in. Both washers threw the pod into the door are so very little detergent was used. The attendant was like sorry they do that. No refund, no nothing. This happened once before in 1 of the other washers I used, but I thought maybe it was my user error. Obviously not. None of the washers I used (today or last time) was marked as broken. So they in essence took my money and ran. I will never come to this laundromat again. You have no idea which machines are working properly and customer service is horrible.

Lobo laundry is a small environment but everyone gets a chance to get there laundry done the woman worker there is pretty strict and follows you around and stares at you pretty creepy she also makes sure u don't over fill the appliances other then that it's a good place to wash the laundry's p/s I would give it a five but I literally had to leave after my wash if 3 loads didn't get to dry because of that woman worker she's pure Spanish anyways yes I had a panic attack because of her and didn't feel comfortable to finish I actually hated it today so aweful and mest up

It's a good laundry. The machines are usually clean, sometimes you can find dog/cat hair or clogged detergent. The person in charge is missing often when needed. They had a really good wifi service earlier, but since last 3/4 months their WiFi doesn't work. They have around 12 dey washers. It's pretty busy on weekends. Since it is on Harvard and Lead, it might be scary sometimes. Homeless people Rome around here and there. I prefer it as it's really close to my house

I really like going to this Laundry because it is very convenient & clean. The attendant is very courteous and friendly and does a great job of keeping the place clean. Two beefs. 1. Machines left in disrepair for extended period s. 2. Thieves! Beware!! If you leave your laundry unattended too long you are bound to return to find your laundry missing. It has happened to our family twice. Other than the occasional bum and thief this place is ok.

Frankly I would give this establishment -5 stars if I could.I was harrassed by one of your employees to the point that I will never use this laundromat again, even tho it's the closest to my house. I told her four times I was there washing clothes but she basically called me a liar by repeatedly asking me what I was doing there like I was a hobo trying to take a nap. Rarely have I been so offended whilst trying to go about my business

The machines don't return funds at all, so I added a few extra quarters by mistake to one of the machines and realized it after hitting start and it wouldn't return the extra quarters (nor did it add any time). Second issue is the top and bottom dryers share the same coin slot and if the time gets added to one then you are out of luck (I have a 2h dry tonight apparently).

in general go somewhere else I’d much rather have a friendly atmosphere and clothes that actually get rinsed then to save a few quarters staff not friendly not professional will have attitude if you talk to them and will be even mopping RIGHT behind you while you’re trying to get clothes in/out not safe not professional also they will be gone and restroom will be locked

the attendant is incredibly rude and unhelpful. i always hope she isn't there when i do laundry (she often isn't, thankfully). the machines break so often that i have had the misfortune of having them break while i was using them. good luck getting your money back. also, looking at some of the recent good reviews from a couple months ago--wondering if they're fake?

Ive been going to lobo for a few years now and it’s been fine usually, but the last time I went (2/8/21) they took out the change machine. There’s just a sign that says ask attendant for change, but there was no attendant there! I had no way to get quarters so I just left. So good luck doing your laundry unless you have your own change machine.

This is a great little local laundromat. It is generally clean, open every day year-round, the hours are good, and the current staff is friendly and professional, although as of this post they will be leaving to pursue a different career. As a bonus it's next to a gem of a coffee shop so you can sip a latte or cappuccino while doing your wash.

Let me just say this place has some of the best equipment I've ever encountered in a laundromat. Everything is well kept and what I find most surprising is how cheap the machines are to use. With the excellent equipment I'm typically out within an hour and a half including folding of my clothing and bedding. Clean

A lady that claims to work here cusses people if they don't bring their laundry in BEFORE they use the change machine. Then, after you bring in laundry, she gives you dirty looks and then follows you around and to your car and she just stares while giving dirty looks. This will be the last time I ever come here.

This is a great local laundromat. The staff is friendly and professional, the place is usually very clean, and the prices are reasonable. As a bonus Duggan's coffee shop is next door so if you're ambitious and get there in the morning you can reward yourself with a great cup of coffee and breakfast burrito.

Every other time i come to this place one of the machines eats my change. Machines breakdown here all the time! And I can't get my money back because no one is around. I'm going to end up switching laundry mats which sucks because this one is SO close to my house.

The last time I visited this business I was treated very badly by one of the attendees. The attendee was one of the most unprofessional and unpleasant persons I have come across in awhile. I won't be going to return for laundry attendant to have a power trip ..

This place was alright before the pandemic, but ever since no one appears to be maintaining it. Half the machines are broken, a quarter of which are unmarked. I wasted $2 and an hour with dryers that didn't heat. Until they bother with upkeep, avoid this place

Always very clean and usually someone on hand. Vending machines are not always working. The prices went up recently - $2.50 to $3 to wash. A quarter for 8 minutes of dryer time; I've NEVER had to put more than 75 cents in & 50 cents often is enough.

I used to love this place and visited once a week for about six years. They were clean space, working front-load washers, wifi and a bathroom when attendant present. Last two months in particular, no wifi, and about 20% of washers broken. Come on!

These attendants refuse to clean the dryers so the don't work. The new washers are falling apart too. Got to make employees do their job homeboy. It's all good I'm sure the coinop money laundering business is going to keep you where you belong.

They have more settings on their washers and they always have staff around to help though you won't notice them, pretty ninja. The larger Electrolux dryers are perfect with the wool balls. Everything comes out dry and the right temperature.

Very clean and there is always a staff member there. A lot of the machines are broken but they work very well especially the dryers. It's $3 for a regular washer and .25 for every 12 minutes on the dryer.

I went during busy hours but this is a really nice laudromat. I went thinking I'd spend a 20 but ended up only using 5 bucks. Its decently priced but the parking sucks. Plan to go early!

The location clearly advertises free WiFi on their walls. Unfortunately there was no wifi available nor was there any associated hot spot to connect to. Seemingly false advertisement.

Clean machines and excellent hot dryers. Costs are definitely affordable. The manager lovely lady cleans and disenfects after every persons use. Very safe establishment.

Crowded but has a good coffee shop next door if you catch it open. Laundry is inexpensive here which explains why it's so popular. Also it's centrally located to UNM

Seems to always be a chill spot to do laundry. Place is very small but it's worth it due to the shortage of tweakers. Also a Nice little coffee shop next door.

This place is a joke. Went in this morning and more than half of the machines were broken. Had to go somewhere else.

Smaller laundromat. No background music is playing. Bathroom has been locked before due to absence of attendant.

No attendant 9/28 evening or 10/23 evening. 10/23 put drier on High Heat and it only blew room temperature air.

I like the place. It's not too busy, it's clean and accessible. Just do what you gotta do and be outta there.

Very clean and their change machines are always full. Prices are a little steep but that's the only downfall.
