They continue to lie week after week giving me the run around and make matters worse they keep lying and saying the person handling your file is on leave or away when I know they’re not and they actually emailed me back. They just don’t care no matter what you’re experiencing or the situation you’re in they just won’t answer emails and when you ring them someone else will answer and say let me try get hold of them …. Come back and say they’re not answering I’m gonna have to send them an email. Well if not that answering you on the number listed on your website as the Sydney Civil Registry why chance have I got even getting a response. Now their system is down it’s not working properly they don’t know why they’re trying to sort it out..!!! Yeah right wel see how many weeks of this excuse before they come up with a new one..!! Failure Incompetent Unprofessional Rude Fix yourselves you’re a disgrace as the face to Sydney Civil Registry..!!

On 10 Feb 2023 I rang and spoke to a young man who was friendly and answered my questions in relation to a criminal matter. He was knowledgeable and did his best to help with my inquiry. I was very happy with the service I received from the Downing Centre court registry. Ps that person below who got a life sentence, hope you took a 6 pack of tooth brushes with you on your day in court.

Every time I come here it takes 20 minutes for a person to even come out and speak to you. I’m usually the only person in the room and it still takes at least 40 minutes to file one paper. People answer 1 question and just leave you for 10-15 minutes. Absolutely unspeakable.

We were given the run around. Different information by different people. Wasted our time.
