I was quoted a fixed price of £205 by LockFit but I wasn't sure about the price so i shopped around. i was given another price of £50 'basic' by another company and then a final price once the technician had seen it. Well, the final price was £448 but I had already committed. They said they had to break the lock and it costs more. They did a good job but it was so much more expensive than Lockfit and I feel I was definitely ripped off. So stick with Lockfit - they will stick to their quote, even if takes several hours and they won't rip you off!

Reza and his team were brilliant! They came within half an hour on a dark night when we were locked out because of a faulty latch. They initially tried to open the (stained glass) front door very carefully without damaging it. Eventually, using their considerable knowledge, they gained entry through the upvc back doors. They replaced and repaired everything quickly and efficiently and for a good price. We definitely recommend them and are very grateful.
