If I could award more stars I would! Eddy came to my aid today, big time! & responding quickly to my cry for help. He was able to open & reset my sister’s locked car (after an attempted robbery when they stole the key) he waited for RACV to replace the battery which allowed him to program a second key. All of which Honda believed only they could do. Eddy did it quickly & efficiently. I’m so impressed that next week he’s going to standardise all the deadbolt locks recently installed in the house & he can even replace the remote control for the garage. He is amazingly versatile & exceptionally professional. Plus he is a delightful young man! I totally recommend him for all your lock & key needs. Unlike so many others who tried & then failed Eddy achieved ieverything with a remarkable “can do” level of professionalism & he vesucceeded above my wildest hopes & saved me heaps.

Guys done great job even in late Sunday evening when we lost our rented car keys. Service was fantastic, was working when I lost the fob to my key, the fob was not programmed to my car so would never start unless it’s in the glove box. Eddy got out to me on such short notice and managed to fix everything without me even noticing, massive life saver, can’t thank him enough for that.
