Soneike Shopping Centre. Kuils River. My daughter came home for a visit and her bag which held sentimental value to her, had a broken zip and it had torn down the side. Someone recommended Locksole and we took the bag in. The lady behind the counter was so helpful. When we enquired how long it would take to fix the bag, she told us to go and do some shopping and come back for the bag. We went to Pic n Pay clothing, The Crazy Store and Woolies and we were convinced that it would not yet be done and that we would have to fetch it later. But the bag was beautifully fixed when we got there and the price to fix it was a measly R75. A job well done.

Arrived 4 minutes before opening time. Told me to leave store because they open at 9. Go in at 9 had to wait because they can't find my shoes. They find my shoes and WOW, it looks terrible. They actually put milk white soles on a pair of grasshoppers and it took them a week to do it. A week!

Had 2 glasses engraved, instead of letting me know the text will be unreadable because of the size of the glass , they just continued and it resulted in unreadable text and an unusable glass. Yes i had to pay for it! Will take my business elsewhere where quality prevails.

Seriously awesome service from the owner. They are expanding the services that they offer to include alterations, genuine leather made goods etc. I've never left here disappointed with my service or products. Awesome 6stars if i could.

Would not recommend. Took my shoes in for soles and polish and my shoes was returned spoilt.
