Horrible service. They promised to deliver a ring in 15 days but took more than 2 months.. At first they handed over a broken ring. In that I had to call them reminding for delivering the product.. Really disappointed with this behavior.. The making charges was around ₹5100 for the ring. Even after charging so much the craftsmanship is very bad.. The diamonds used are of cheap quality. The design of the ring is completely different than what we gave.. In making the ring they spoiled the ruby around the prongs.. Will never suggest anyone..

Best experience in Londhe Jewellers Sitabuldi as we received great customer service and they served tea and coffee at regular intervals to refresh us and also made sure to showcase best designs.

Nice experience. Staff behavior and service is very good. But i did not get the varieties which I expected for ear rings. As I big showroom large number of different designs should be present.
