A full service Dry Cleaner and affordable quality tailor service in the heart of Marylebone. I could not be more pleased. I happened across London Laundry and Dry Cleaning when I first moved into the area and was pleasantly surprised to see they also offered a tailoring service. Often with tailoring services you get what you pay for which often means quality alterations can be price prohibitive from the start. When I popped into the shop and spoke with their in house tailor Mohamed, I received a quote that was lower than I had expected and quality job that has brought me back again and again. Mohamed has surpassed my expectations in terms of affordable quality alterations that are completed well ahead of schedule. No matter the type of jobs I bring to him I have left a satisfied customer. I have used his services to alter trousers, shorten the sleeves on my heavy winter coat and just recently to modify a jacket to be used as a zipped in liner for my favorite leather motorcycle jacket. Every time, I leave satisfied with the quality job and friendly service all at a price that the most modest of budgets can afford.

The women who work here are simply fantastic. I can't think that I have ever left a review for a local store before, but this place and, most importantly, the attitude, helpfulness and general fun of all the staff makes it the real deal. If you are lucky enough to be in Paddington Street Marylebone needing dry cleaning, laundry or repairs of any sort and you enter their magic salon, you will meet the terrific Stella or Daniela behind the counter and the fabulous Zlatka and her finger picking needlework beavering away at repairs, and you will never use anywhere else ever again. Give them a try and if you think I am wrong, my name is on this review so track me down and kill me. That's about the safest potential threat to my life I am ever going to have to defend as I know I will never ever need to see you.

I cannot speak more highly of this launderer from both a service and personal perspective. Having been a customer for years, I am constantly greeted professionally and respectfully by both Andrea and Mustafa. They are extremely friendly, professional, and polite. I have only to walk in and Andrea has already pulled up my account and is ready to take on whatever I bring. Whether fine garments or large items (backpacks), no job has been too small or too large. The items have always been ready on time, and packaged professionally.

This is the best dry cleaning service in Central London ( 40 Paddington Street, Marylebone) The quality of dry cleaning is the the highest I’ve ever experienced. The staff are incredibly amazing and welcoming, I mentioned here Ms Stela whom I deal with most the time, all other staff are wonderful and very helpful. The service is quick with No compromise on quality. Pick up and delivery is available and quite efficient. All in All a great experience

London Laundry is is not just a service, but almost like a family member. I use this service religiously on a weekly basis for all my bed linen, shirts, suits and delicate clothes. The service is not just impeccable, but warm, friendly and accommodating. It has become a place where we go just not to get clothes clean, but spirits uplifted and refreshed(our thanks to Stella and Zlakta). If we could we would give it 7 stars!

Could not recommend this laundry and dry cleaning service highly enough! They team are absolutely fantastic - they are always so polite, efficient and helpful! Stella and Daniela are amazing with no demand ever too much. Zlatka is fantastic at mending/altering clothing and has done a brilliant job with a number of items that I’ve given her. Overall, a superb service with a smile - very good indeed!

The second time I left some clothes, one of my white shirts ended up slightly blue. Mistakes happen. An apology and a refund would have been satisfactory. However, it's been roughly ten days since I reported the issue, took back the shirt to the shop and have not heard back. Their silence and refusal to take ownership of this incident is very disappointing. I'll look for another dry cleaner.

We walked a mile throughout the city trying to find someone to help us with laundry while we were traveling. We went to 2(!) other laundromats that could not do same day service and refused to help us, but luckily this laundromat saved the day. They did our laundry same day and delivered it to our hotel! We are so happy and our trip was saved, we wish we would have gone here first.

I’ve been to a few dry cleaners in Marylebone and London Laundry & Dry Cleaning is by far my favourite. The quality of service as well as Stella and Daniela’ ability to go above and beyond is unmatched. Thank you also to Sladka for helping me out with some alterations, even at the last minute. London Laundry and Dry Cleaning are easily the best dry cleaners in Central London - and I have tried them all! Reliable, efficient and good value. It is a pleasure to deal with the manager, Nathalie, and Rushi who comes to collect and deliver. And most importantly, the clothes look great.

I m so gutted to use this dry cleaners my clothes were badly smelly and the buttons were damaged. And the customer service was very very poor and rude. they did not wanna listen to me to sort out the issue. I would not recommend any body to take your dry cleaning there and get it ruined.
