Worst prices, very expensive and does not know how to do his job properly. came for a simple change to my starter instead of working underneath my car he took out parts of my engine and worked from the top. charged me $500 for something so simple. I even bought the starter myself and he still charged me so much for it. I went to Toronto to get the car fixed only had to pay $50. he does not know what he is doing. VERY GREEDY. This man will ruin your car do not take to him.

Buyer Beware - did a safety for a truck i purchased from a local dealer in stoney creek. Within 1hr of driving the truck off the lot (that was apparently safetied?), the steering locked up, brakes started rattling, steering wheel started shuddering, and radiator started losing pressure. Turns everything that needed to be safetied was not - they did a hot safety and could be in jeopardy of losing their mechanics license.

I had a terrible experience with Lone Auto Service. The person I dealt with was extremely rude and disrespectful. Every time I called, they would hang up on me, and when I finally went to the shop, the person walked out on me after asking about the cost. I felt completely ignored and disrespected. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I will never go there again.
