When I arrived at my appointment my technician was not aware that I had booked a prenatal massage as apart of the couple massage for my husband and I, and I had to tell her I was pregnant prior to starting my massage. The massage tech had me laying flat on my back for over half of my massage, which you are not supposed to do when you are half way along. Then she briefly massaged my back and had me lay on my side, even though the website for the prenatal states there is a pillow system for the prenatal massage that allows you to lay on your stomach. The massage tech mainly focused on my arms and legs, going over the same area 4 times, even though the main problem spots in pregnancy are your neck, shoulders, and back. The 4th time my tech started massaging my legs I asked if it would possible to lay on my stomach to have more time on my back and shoulders. My tech stated her instructor told her to have her clients sit up and lien against a pillow which not comfortable due the pressure that puts on your lower abdomen, however she gave me one pillow to lie on, on my stomach. I don’t believe this was the pillow system the website was speaking of since it was very uncomfortable. While laying on my stomach the tech gave me the most painful back massage I have ever received, going in with super jerky, rough, and hard motions. Never once asking if the pressure was okay. Luckily the massage time was almost over and it only lasted a few minutes. I am unsure if this tech has ever done a prenatal massage before and is a newer tech, which she could have just not been trained properly to do a prenatal since she wasn’t aware it was supposed to be a prenatal prior to the appointment. My husband’s tech asked him his problem areas prior to the massage and asked several times how the pressure was, which is my normal experience with a massage. I left in way more pain than I came in with due to the super rough back massage at the end. Lontis, please make sure your techs are properly trained on a prenatal massage prior to booking appointments and ensure they know the massage is a prenatal massage. Pregnancy is hard enough on your body, women do not need a painful massage to exaggerate the discomfort they are already in. I did give two stars because my husband’s massage therapist was really good. You are probably safe to have a normal massage here, but I would stay away from the prenatal massage.

I had two services done, a short back massage and a longer body scrub. Both people who performed the services were wonderful! The back massage was firm and felt so good. I felt very safe and comfortable during the massage. The body scrub was fabulous, I had some good laughs with the person doing that service, but also was very relaxed and never felt like I had to keep conversation up. The only downside was finding Lontis in the maze of skyways. Not their fault, just maybe give yourself an extra 5 or 10 minutes if you don't know exactly where to go. They give you lockers with a key for all your clothes and belongings, and you get a clean robe and slippers, so you are nice and comfortable during your time. That was nice as I had no idea what to expect. I would absolutely go back if I could afford this on a regular basis

My partner booked me this spa getaway for our anniversary and now I’m hooked on this location. Seriously the best massage I’ve had in my entire life. Phet was incredibly responsive to any adjustments I had requested and applied the perfect amount of pressure. I left feeling so relaxed and pampered! I then got a manicure and pedicure done with Karin who was a joy to talk to and she did excellent work. I really enjoyed our conversation and the effort she put into making my nails look nice. Finally, I got a facial done by SJ who also took a lot of time and attention to make sure I was comfortable, relaxed, and had my skin concerns met. At no point during any of my services did I feel rushed for time or pressured to buy additional services that I didn’t need. This was a great experience and I will definitely be back!

If you're looking for a perfect day, this is the place; the staff are all very friendly, customer oriented, and overall work hard to make sure you have a relaxing, enjoyable time. I got a Getaway package and had two wonderful service providers, Nicole and Marcus. Nicole was great! I got the Signature Facial and Reflexology Foot Treatment. She was knowledgeable, asked good questions to personalize my facial, and was friendly. Great experience, highly recommend. Marcus was my masseuse and made sure I was comfortable with the pressure, temperature, and atmosphere. Great massage felt such a difference in my shoulders, amazing! I loooovvvveeeed my facial and extra hand and foot message. Not only was she personable, friendly, and outgoing but she made me feel like a girlfriend. And that was great to feel on a mom's trip. I've never gotten a facial before and I loved the experience. When we were done she recommended some products that I can use that are quick and easy to use as I don't put much time into my appearance being a mom of two. I can't say enough about my experience there. She also gave us great recommendations for a place to eat, which we really appreciated. The receptionist couldn't say enough good things about the owner and I can see why she loves working for her :)

Amazing experience! My daughter and I were blown away with the exceptional services we received yesterday with our Detoxification package. The three members who worked on us were Marcus, Pet, and Karen. They were all extremely professional, skillful, warm, and friendly. The comprehensive services made us feel so pampered and went much beyond our expectations. The only thing I wish could have happened was to have been placed together in the same room, as we did emphasize on the booking that it was for a mother/daughter graduation time. I have been raving about our experience to friends and highly recommend Lontis for excellent spa services.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and my nails look beautiful! They were so accommodating and were able to sneak me in on short notice for a mani/pedi. It was a lovely environment and Lindsey & Karin were both incredibly professional, friendly, and welcoming. I had no idea what I wanted and they helped me pick something natural for my toes and fun for my fingers, and provided a nice relaxing experience. The location is also super convenient downtown attached to the skywalk and close to Target and many excellent restaurants. I will definitely be going back to take advantage of their many other services.

I booked myself and a friend in for the half day get away. It was amazing and exceeded expectations ! We were able to enjoy most of the services together which I really appreciated. Best massage I ever had ! Facial was amazing and my face felt so supple and soft for the entire next day as well. Mani and pedi was perfect and quick ! Staff were amazing; fun to chat with and we noticed that everyone was focused on our comfort. Great snack and even a sandwich were provided. They think of everything. So impressed at this locally owned business. We will be back.

I didn’t know what to expect from this little skyway spa, but I’m sure glad I took a chance on it!! They far exceeded my expectations and did a fabulous job in helping our spa group feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Definitely book the 60 minute massage with Marcus, he was amazing and worked out all my tense muscles. I cannot say enough great things about my experience! The whole team was lovely and consistently made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Communication was also easy and responsive.

I booked a couples massage for my husband and I for our anniversary. Choosing Lontis was hands down the best decision I made. From the time we walked in, we both loved the ambiance and friendliness of everyone. The aesthecians made our spa experience extremely relaxing and comfortable. Lontis was able to squeeze in an unreserved pedicure for us at the end which we both enjoyed (thank you Karin!). We will be returning to Lontis again and referring them to our friends and family as well.

I had a great massage experience with Marcus, who frequently checked in on pressure and what I needed but did so quietly and listened to feedback throughout. I also had a great pedicure with Karin, who was extremely friendly and brought her own recommendations to my experience while listening to what I wanted. I was at the spa for a bachelorette party, and the front desk staff and all employees did a wonderful job accommodating the group and kept us feeling very relaxed and cared for.

My bridesmaids and I had an amazing time at Lontis Day Spa! We came in for a spa party for my bachelorette weekend. The booking process was easy and the staff was very flexible and easy to work with as we made our plans. The spa is a super relaxing, quiet environment, and we were all so comfy in our robes. It was the first time I had a 1 hr massage. What a difference. I had only had a few massages several years ago ( around 12 yrs ago) For the first time I felt like I had a VERY professional massage. Karin always puts in so much time and effort into making sure that I get a manicure that I’m happy with and that will last! Whether I’m not liking the color and need to switch, or whether we’re taking extra time to make sure the polish really adheres to my nails, extra care is always put in to make sure I leave as happy as possible. Lontis Day Spa exceeded all my expectations. The reservation process was smooth and easy. The communication was outstanding. They called me the day of my appointments, to give me directions, because it can be tricky to find them. I appreciated this so much. I prefer a deep tissue massage and Jason did an amazing job! The facial and foot massage I received were top notch. I can’t recommend this place enough.
