People here are unprofessional. They are confused and keep fighting. I went to straighten my hair permanently, and the hair department boys were so confused one of them said straightening and the other says rebound. Tbh I don't know what they have done with my hair. After the very first wash at home my hair got curled back. I got nothing but disappointment. Please don't visit this place it just waste your time and money. And the ladies here are so rude if they are caught they will start comparing your hair with theirs. They didn't know how to do straightening, in fact they didn't even know the difference between straightening and rebonding. Lack of knowledge and practice.

Very average service. I explicitly told them my wife has sensitive skin and still they did not do proper waxing. Now my wife has scars on her forearm and underarm. Also overall service is very average and the staff is not wearing mask when they are having cold. Overall pretty bad experience.

Lookstudio is very nice.. atmosphere is cool...not crowded... ambiance is soothing...the beauticians are experts in their fields..they gave me good suggestion..no commercial attitude..very professional and friendly..I will visit again
