I got my makeup and hair done here by Anamika and Sameer. They are good overall and provided good service. Anamika did the makeup patiently and gave it her time. The overall look was good due to the attire and makeup, However they went for the look they liked instead of what i wanted. I wanted double shaded shimmery eyes with double wing, but was given matt look with no shading and no double wing. Lipstick shades, liner was missing and a very basic single shade matt lipstick was applied which was a little turn off and both the eyes and lips looked plain and single shaded and extremely basic . As for hair they understood my basic requirement of “curls”, but instead of soft curl ended up giving me frizzy curls. I insisted from the beginning that i want a puff at the top and a clean look. I even showed exact pictures of what i want. But they went for pressed hair and i had to force to get a puff, which by then did not turn out good as my straight front hair had already been made into hard waves. Also, it did not last much after 4 hours all the lipstick and eyeshadow had faded. I would recommend getting party makeup done here if need be, but refrain from any other important function. Edit 1: i forgot that i had asked for peach shade with shimmer for eyeshadow but was given brown eyeshadow in the name of smoky eyes, but they forgot to put the smoke by smudging underneath and around I am not judging, the artist is good, but you have to listen to what customer exactly needs instead if thinking that we will be okay with anything and everything

I went to this salon today and had an extremely bad experience. They not only put some other hair colour brand ( cheaper one ) than what I asked them for but also charged me more than they had said. Their hair stylist literally cheated me out of my money and put a hair colour brand which I do not use .He charged me extra for the haircut though he had claimed to me that hair colour and cut was included in the package . I clarified 3 times with him and so I know there was no confusion . It was an act of fraud . I kept myself calm there because I could see that I had been cheated thoroughly but now I feel angry as a consumer . I called them after coming back but they had nothing to say as they had cheated an innocent consumer and they very well know it especially their hair stylist . This is definitely not done .

I went for nail extensions service. The job was very poorly done. Later I got to know that the nail expertise were not available and was on off. Some random dude did my nails and he just was learning on his own hands never dealt with a client before. The nails were not even and not smooth . Even the nail polish was not applied properly. Their are gaps between my nail bed and the extension in which my hairs are getting stuck and what not. They do this for money, be careful guys and make sure a professional artist do your nails and not just a random newbie.

My experience was with artist abhi. He provided me with a proper prior consultation adms to what services are needed and what will be the best options. We decided on global color which was very hard because I had home dye on but still he was able to lift it with minimal damage and then we did hair botox. Throughout the entire process, he kept asking me if I felt comfortable or if I had any problem. It was an excellent and wonderful experience. I would always return there and ask personally for abhi. Thanks a lot. My hair looks revived and great!!

I had been to this salon, for hair treatment for my mom. She is a senior citizen and her hair were very badly entangled. Everyone here was so so supportive, and understanding. Special shout out to Shoaib for an outstanding job, for all the patience of standing for 4-5 hours, handling her resistance, and still successfully resolving the problem. It was a very satisfying visit, and I am very grateful to Shoaib and the entire staff at Looks salon for helping and understanding my mom’s situation. Thank you sooo much!!

Very pleasant atmosphere, extremely clean area and greeted very warmly upon my entrance and seated almost immediately. I was attended by Nitin and he spent good time fixing every detail of my hair until it was perfect. He is super skilled, sweet and entertraining. Highly recommend Looks Salon and Nitin. Great haircuts, fantastic services, love the atmosphere, an afternoon well spent. This is the only salon that I trust to properly deal with my hair. Their extensive knowledge and skill are truly unmatched.

My first visit to this location and it was wonderful. Great vibe, friendly and helpful staff. I had a hot stone massage, facial and haricut. I can’t say enough good things – pressure was perfect and Nitin worked on my problem spots to open them up. Facial was done to my requirement with detailed hair cutting/dressing. They all knew what they were doing, they were all great at their job and I love how my hair came out! Definitely recommend coming here. Do ask for Nitin if you want that extra care.

Amazing experience at Looks salon, LuLu mall. I got hair botox and pedicure done here. Faruk did an amazing job with my hair and took utmost care of my needs and expectations, while Raju gave me the most amazing pedicure service I have had so far. They charge more what they told...I have done hair spa, cost as they told me 2500 without GST nd 2900 with gst... But at the end they charge 2900 without GST in the bill N they charge 500 for underarms n one of my under arm get burnt when I come to home n noticed it turned brown.. I am talking about saloon of lulu mall..so disappointing. I vl nvr visit again.

Worst staff experience I have ever had first they told me to wait for 30min. we will call you for which i kept roming in mall, after waiting for 40min I again went back to salon they told me that there staff is not available must have told earlier.....such a nuisance it was please don't visit..
