Amazing experience! I saw a post on instagram that a new location of Los Pinos Jalisco was opening, and I knew I had to go try it. They did not disappoint. The location is out west, perfect if you are coming back from a long day at Travis lake. They have a patio with nice coverage too. We ordered a beef fajita torta, a machacado and nopales breakfast taco on corn (homemade and delicious), the mini tacos with pastor and beef, and some birria tacos that the owner recommended. The breakfast and birria tacos were to die for. Amazing taste, the birria was better than the one they serve in Guadalajara. Very impressed, definitely coming back for more. So happy we chose this restaurant to try out today!

First visit to this new local spot. Sadly we were the only customers on a Saturday night but it was early. We are pulling for their success and love to support the locals. Service by Joslin was spot on. Drinks were good, pricing was reasonable and chicken fajitas and quesadillas were awesome. Our big time suggestion is add some atmosphere. It felt like a generic, sterile lobby at a CPA office. Even the one TV over the bar had a screen saver. Create some character and fun, show some local culture, toss a game (any game) up on the TV. We are pulling for you and will be back!

Maybe we just picked a bad night. But it took over 20 minutes for us to get the appetizer, a bowl of guac, and this was finally served after the entree. After ordering, she asked for our order (or pieces of it, 3 separate times. Once entrees finally arrived, food was cold. When it was time to leave, we had to follow the waitress inside to get her attention so we could pay - after standing around for 10 min, we were able to finally check out. Just overall unimpressed. It is newer so we’ll give them another shot some other time down the line, after they work out the kinks.

We tried this place for the first time and ordered to-go. Our order was ready before we could get into the car. Inside was busy and the team was friendly and inviting. We tried the chips, salsa, enchiladas, and tortilla soup. The food was amazing! The chips and salsa were great and the enchiladas were different from anywhere else I've tried. We live next door and will definitely be going back.

Stopped by with my co-workers for lunch here. Out of four dishes we ordered, three were cold already. After taking a few bites, one asked if any of our food was cold. Me and another coworker said ours are not warm. Our guess is our food were ready a lot earlier and they were just sitting there. Cold food doesn't taste good. Disappointed and probably not going to return until a long time later.

I had the perfect combo, a house margarita with the mini tacos. Both were delicious and presentation of the food on point. Maricela, owner of the restaurant took our order herself. She has a really lovely character and made us felt at ease and respected. This is reflected in her staff as well, who are incredibly professional and clearly take pride in their work. I definitely recommend everyone to come and check out this restaurant.

Brunch here was so good, highly recommended. We got the Paloma and Bloody Mary for drinks and they were made perfectly. From the chips, to the entrees, to the tamales we got to go, everything was exceeding expectations and was super delicious. We will definitely be back and we are so excited to have a new restaurant in the area!

Very hidden back where they are, but the food and service are fantastic. Have had two lunches here- the lunch cheese enchilada plate and the carne asada plate. Both were absolutely outstanding, and came out surprisingly and pleasantly fast. Their plain queso is a winner as well, and look forward to trying the loaded one.

The food was fresh and very good. I had the chipotle chicken with rice and black beans. The Piña agua fresca was very good, also. It was just the right sweetness for my taste. If you are looking for a good lunch fast, give it a try.

We love having this spot as a new addition to the neighborhood. The food is homemade and delicious! I highly recommend the birria tacos, al pastor or breakfast burrito. The owners go above and beyond to take care of you and are so kind. On top of that, they’re family friendly and always extremely accommodating for our kids.

This place is just really good food, nothing fancy, but every dish they serve is exactly what it needs to be. The breakfast burrito without the queso on it is one of the best I’ve ever had. Is their queso bad? Not even close, just has no place on my breakfast burrito.

I love this place! The patio is a wonderful spot to relax, and the food is fantastic. I enjoy the caldo and chips and salsa. You can tell everything is house-made (even the chips, which is not a given in Austin, if you can believe it!). If you’re reading this—go!

Food was great, but we waited an hour and 45 minutes for our food. That completely ruined our experience. Obviously they are understaffed and unprepared for a full house. Will try again in a few months, but will walk if we don’t get our food in a reasonable amount of time. More
We had the flautas, pozole, beef fajita relleno and tres leches cake. Everything was good and fairly priced. Good quality ingredients and nice and spicy. A great option for the area.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at my new favorite Mexican restaurant, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The standout aspect of my
GREAT outdoor patio. Small inside but of you want outside, its perfect. Food was really good and we will be back. I see they also have breakfast. Can't wait to try their breakfast tacos
