Having very good experience with the 1U Outlet Manager - Kelvin Thye who got me to repeat purchase my Wedding Band for the same brand, at the same store. My partner is very satisfied with the professional, patience and comprehensive explanation delivered by Kelvin especially after visiting other Love & Co outlet (super near to our place) that she compared them like Heaven & Earth. It is also the high level satisfactory with the sale services rendered by Kelvin, we went back to 1U which is quite far from our place to place order and even collection of wedding band as he will be checking very carefully and brief you on the precautions for our daily wear experience. No hard selling at all when he first approached us until end of our shopping experience with him and that is what we are looking for so we would have a pleasure time to browse all available collection at the store without any stress feeling. Kelvin also offered to provide cleaning of diamond proposal ring bought at the same store and offer to show us in details our diamonds under the microscope. I would also like to compliment the Regional Sales Manager - Steven who toured me around all their diamond proposal ring for hours before I made up my mind. My experience buying from him at 1U store directly contributed to the thought to revisit 1U store for our wedding band after not a too pleasant experience at other Love & Co. store. And my thought is proven right when I got lucky to meet Kelvin Thye!

Extremely disappointed with the service at Love & co One Utama. Not recommend this store for anyone looking to customize a ring. The staff and customer service are rude – a complete waste of time and money. We visited the store weeks ago to inquire about a custom ring and have since received zero communication or updates. Despite our efforts to reach out, there has been no response from the staff. In an attempt to bring attention to our concerns, we reported the issue on social media, specifically on Love & Co's platform. Shockingly, our comment was deleted without any reply. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. Prospective customers, beware. Consider alternative options for your custom jewelry needs where your time and money will be valued. Btw , this brand need to take 3month time for custom rings. if you can't wait don't walk in check for custom rings waste time at this store. Their staff will ask you look for others local brand. Love & Co attitude is very rude and not worth to let you waste time and money here.

I purchased a wedding band from love n co and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, Melvin provided impeccable service that went above and beyond my expectations. Not only was Melvin knowledgeable about their products, but he also took the time to understand my preferences and helped me find the perfect wedding band. I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Love & Co. After spending over 9k in May, I received a few vouchers for my next purchase. However, when I tried to use them in October to buy another diamond ring, they declined, stating that the diamond jewellery voucher does not apply to diamond rings. Surprisingly, this restriction was not mentioned in the voucher's terms and conditions. It seems like the voucher was merely a ploy to attract customers.
