I spent absolutely hours in airports over the last few days, thanks to Southwest, so I now consider myself a connoisseur, and Dallas Love Field is really quite superior. Here are a few details that make it better than many: LOTS of bathrooms, and a ledge in the back of each stall to put bags, plus hooks absolutely EVERYWHERE so you don't have to put your stuff down; a good selection of food places, open early and late; mid-size airport so you don't have to hike for miles to get places; in-seat power outlets for charging your all-important electronics. There was more that I liked, but those where the main things. So if you have to fly Southwest and they strand you somewhere for hours, hope it's Love Field and you'll at least have a reasonable time :)

One of the worse airports I've flown out of. Every time I fly out oh loves field my flight is either delayed or canceled. And I mean everytime. Not joking either. I fly all over the US and this is by far the worse. I understand flights get delayed from time to time but this is just B.S. As I'm sitting here writing this they my flight is getting delayed even more. Now they diverted the plane to do circles over Oklahoma city for some reason. So if you have other options I would use them. other than flying out of Dallas loves field. Its ridiculous.

I love this airport, it’s such a central location and easy to get around within the airport, everything is very clearly marked and if you do have any questions, there’s always a pleasant worker around to help you out. ALSO! For those interested, there are several family bathrooms which is nice as not a lot of airports have this, and it suits my needs quite nicely ☺️ And, if you need a rental car, I suggest Hertz. They’re shuttle is very fast, nice service and you can just walk to your car and not have to go through the line.

Staff is awesome and friendly. Dropped my mom off there just last week. She had questions about where to go and the check in counter was very nice and more then happy to give directions/answer questions. Really wish I had gotten their names to properly give kudos but that’s a fail on my part. Only thing that is confusing to me is the parking. I’m pretty sure I could have exit the airport using my toll tag but when I got to the one labeled that it wanted my debit card. :( however so much better then DFW airport.

only 5 stars so people would see poor service. i went to love field by accident this morning to get on a plane to la through spirit. i asked one pair of workers where to go. they said spirit doesnt fly at that airport. to go to the people (close) at the desk. i went there, they told me to go to a young female at an airline (surely not mine) and she told me to type in my code blah blah. it didnt show up. i asked to use a phone and they said they cant help me...

We literally only fly Southwest, unless it’s a destination to which SWAA doesn’t go. Best airline, hands down. And you just can’t beat Dallas Love Field Airport! Great service, perfect size, great food and prices, always clean... and I’ve actually never had a single flight delay out of there in over 10 years! We fly monthly at least into and out of Love Field, so if we can still love it after all of these years, anyone can! Keep it up southwest!

This airport is the Hub for Southwest Airlines. There is only 1 entrance so there can be a line of cars for departures and arrivals The self service kiosks were plentiful and easy to use. The checked bag attendants were friendly. Security was fast. I love the food options near the gates but they need more options and variety. I did not see any lounges. I did like the power outlets sprinkled throughout the gate areas.

I LOVE this airport. I was shocked about how completely helpful and happy all the employees are. I wish I would only have to use this airport in the future. Best service I've seen in any airport around the world. It's refreshing to be treated with smiling faces and employees willing to joke with you while they are fixing any and all problems. Really impressed with staff here. Can't stop bragging on them.

Love field is the epitome of airports. My single complaint is that they only sell Dr. Pepper at the food vendors (Moe's, Chinese place, Chick fil a, Mcdonald's) and not at the souvenir shops. Come on, this is TEXAS! After I found my pepper, I got a salad at La Madeline, and my bf enjoyed a shake from Baskin Robbins while we looked at engagement rings at the kiosk. So romantic.

I had a nice time at the Dallas love field airport. Its was very easy to navigate and luckily wasn't to crowded. There were plenty of places to eat or grab a drink while.waiting. luggage didn't take long and my bags were pretty.close together. The airport was clean and had lots of charging ports. It was over all a great experience flying into Dallas Love Field airport.

First time flying Delta out of Love Field. FYI: for future travelers, the Delta agents don’t arrive there until 5am to start checking in guests. Don’t arrive earlier or you will be waiting around. Also, if the K9 dogs are there you do not need to take your shoes off going through security. Beverly the wheelchair assistant was amazing. Super friendly and knowledgeable.

Asking for help and they send you the wrong way and laugh about it. Yes, they were young men still in high school. I watched them walk by others that needed wheelchairs associated with out even a look at the focks that needed them. Complete rude individuals. First, here I hope time will never do it again! Unbelievably Rude!

So clean on the inside. I was impressed by how smoothly everything seemed to go here. A little confusing at first getting off the plane and looking for the exit; however not frustrating at all. Used the Super Shuttle app to pay for my ride and I'm good to go.

TSA makes everyone walk barefoot without sanitizing the floor...not only are we still allowing constitutional violations of unreasonable searches but they are nasty about it. You are more likely to be injured driving then by something happening at an airport.

They moved the taxi / Uber to garage B. It’s over a half a mile walk with luggage. So stupid. People running Love Field think it’s a piece of cake to walk half mile after a long flight. Really dumb management. Write city hall and your congressman.

It's an airport, so I refuse to give 5 stars, but it's not terrible. I've been through DAL probably 8 times in the last two years on Southwest and never NOT had a delay, but that's hardly the airports fault. The basic fact is that DAL>DFW any day.

It’s a small airport but very very clean. It’s way better than DFW that is just way too big. I love that you can sit at Cool River and within minutes be at your gate. It’s very convenient to use such a small airport and location is fantastic.

When I travel, I always chose Love Field - the airport is exceptional. It's clean, beautifully lit, and well thought out. The food offerings are wonderful and I've never had bad service here. A truly exceptional experience when flying.

I have flown out of this airport several times. Each time I fly it’s always a great experience. The airport is usually clean and not too crazy. When there long lines everything seems to go smoothly and the employees make sure to keep

Great amenities. Wide range of restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. Gets way too busy during weekday mornings and evenings. The cops have to shoo off picking up vehicles if they stop for more than couple of minutes.

I've always loved Love Field. It's so easy to navigate. Today was the first time that I've travelled in a while and I was pleasantly surprised with the updates that have taken place at Love Field. Overall great experience!

Nice clean airport with good food choices (Chick-fil-A, Whataburger and Campisi's). Just wished they had better accomodations for those travelers that have to stay overnight to catch a next day flight due to cancellations.

Great food options and even now that the airport is larger it is still pretty easy to get to the gates. They do keep it very clean and I like the chargers that are built into each seat in the airport.

It’s usually pretty good, but southwest is falling behind in the cleanliness category. Is there a happy median between on time and clean seats?! SW flight to Baltimore.

I had a great time today....Dunkin Donuts has great hot Mocha Coffee and delicious breakfast. I found the past model airplanes and accompanying history fascinating.

Park in garage B on the roof if your leaving your car for a bit. $7 a day is unbeatable and they have moving sidewalks on the long trek to the ticket counters.

I travel back in May to attend my granddaughter's high school graduation, Every one was very helpful since I needed assistance with wheelchair to get around.

I love this airport, it is always a pleasure to travel here, sometimes they are friendly, others are not so nice, clean bathrooms, everything in general.

One of the easiest airports to park at, drop people off, and pick people up. Nothing about it is confusing, one drop off area, and that's it.
