Stephanie is an absolute delight to work with!!! She's kind, sympathetic, and a genuinely good person that I would want to be friends with! I'm not necessarily the best at responding promptly, but I could always trust Stephanie to nudge me if it had been a while or if there was something really important I needed to attend to. She was there with me literally every step of the way, which for a first home buyer like me was a HUGE asset. She was pretty matter of fact when it came to giving the pros and cons of each house and was always very cautious to make sure that she didn't let her opinions affect mine. She advocated well for my interests, even after the deal had closed. I had some issues come up within the first month of moving in and Stephanie was immediately on the case! She gave me recommendations of who to call and reached out to her contacts for more information about my unique situation. Above all else, she listens and guides rather than tells you whether a certain house is the one for you. For example, instead of telling me that it was a terrible idea to get a fixer upper, she gently steered me away from the idea by explaining that it's often harder for first time homeowners who don't have any background in construction. Again, she didn't tell me but she showed me that it was a better idea to start off smaller and save the real fixer upper for my next home.

Alina was amazing! From the beginning she took the time to find out our needs and preferences in a home. We went through the entire process working with her remotely from Texas and she was incredible in making us feel like we were actually there, despite the distance. Alina checked out houses for us and took helpful video, which really helped narrow our search from afar. She gave just the right amount of advice and input to help us make a decision. When we found a house we loved, Alina met with the inspector on our behalf, identified and met with the necessary contractors and communicated everything so we would understand repairs that we couldn’t be there to see. Mikayla was absolutely great to work with. She made the process of buying a home so much less scary for me as a first-time buyer. She was actually the one who found and recommended the listing for the house I ended up buying, after showing us a number of other homes before that. She found great resources for me during the inspection and fought so incredibly hard for me during the negotiation process of the offer and concessions period. I ended up meeting the agent representing the seller at one point and discovered how rude and unprofessional they were. Mikayla, however, handled this agent with such grace and professionalism and continually came through for me throughout the process when I needed her.
