IF YOU ARE BLACK AVOID THIS STORE!!!!!!! first of all the staff don’t like black people and have made it obvious by their ignorance and subtle harassment, one of the staff that worked there continued to follow me around the shop and stand close to me while i was minding my own business and this has occurred multiple times. they have made comments regarding cctv and security as if they were trying to intimidate me. (“i’m gonna check cctv” “stand next to the door for security” “please can i have security down here”) and everytime i had left the store the security would go away as well blatantly showing that i was the target. (this has also happened with my friend who is also black) Today i was shopping in the store with my younger sister and cousin and the staff had the audacity to follow me and my family around the shop AGAIN and when everyone in the shop had left and we were still browsing one member of staff called the shopping center security THREE OF THEM and when i decided to confront the staff they decided to act oblivious and make me seem like a fool. i found this extremely disgusting and disrespectful especially since I AM UNDER THE AGE OF 18 and i felt extremely intimidated and frustrated. this whole situation caused anxiety attacks and discomfort throughout the whole day for me and my family. absolutely disgusting behaviour from the staff and i hope they eventually suffer the consequences of their actions by racially profiling CHILDREN.

There is some really nice jewellery. However ,I have spent £23 on a ring set and was told it wouldnt discolour but after 2 wears it has! Also £16 on a ring but that discoloured too leaving my finger green! I feel conned. Would have been better off going to warren James and getting something in silver! Furthermore, I brought some jewellery in the sale , it was decently priced £2-£3. But when I got home some of the stones had fallen off in the bag! Overall for the price the quality needs to be better !!!

The workers here are RACIST!! I was shopping here with my friends(who are black) for prom jewellery and one of the staff members was constantly following us around the store and making statements like “i’m going to check cctv”. We were all innocent 16 year olds at this point, never had the intention of stealing…

Friendly and lovely staffs always helping out, Amazing jewellery too often come here to get my nose studs/rings they have a huge collection! Along side with rings, Necklaces set, Bracelets etc Shop is small so best to go in when it’s not too busy inside otherwise you’d be a squash tomato

If you are black don’t even bother entering this store they are highly racist making you feel incredibly uncomfortable!!!! Accused of doing things!! telling staff to stand by the door and watch as we are shopping following me around the tiny store SO BAD!

Nice shop with nice jewellery, but staff came across as rude and that it was too much of an effort to serve us. The staff have been rude both times I have been here so I won’t return here again, especially when I can get these products elsewhere

The jewellery looks nice but the quality has been terrible. Earrings have tarnished badly, even with care, and nose rings has bent and damaged. For the price this jewellery really isn't worth it.

Accused me of shop lifting and could not get there story straight with it one minute they were saying it was in my pocket next it was in my bra they were very rude in general.

The place to go if you like bling and sparkle at reasonable prices. Some really pretty jewelry rings, necklaces earrings and gaur accessories. Definitely worth popping in.

Love the jewellery in the store but all the earrings I've bought from here have broken in a day. Or the glue has died. For £14-£17 each they need to make them better.

Absolutely love this shop for jewellery! just very busy and cramped in store. Staff are very relaxed and friendly. Just recommend going at a reasonable time.
