I actually want to give a -star as both staff members there on Saturday .we extremely rude did not ask if we needed help and this is not the first time they have been rude .so wrong when our money when we by something pays there wages .they should not have a job in retail

Just went to your Lilydale store at 10 to 4 to exchange a jacket for a larger size & they said "sorry the computer has been shut down". I couldn't get there any earlier, but thought they closed at 4. It was needed for tomorrow …
