I have been happily coming to this particular lucky's lounge since I was 21 years old, they have recently hired a new bartender named Terry that has multiple times been both completely ignoring me as a customer and then also now today making fun off people with disabilities, with two customers while completely dismissing me again as a customer. I have been using this pool table since I was 21 to now 24 and have never been treated so badly by any bartender in Vegas. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE ANYMORE!!!! I can not an will not come back to this business while this individual is employed there and I will tell every person I have ever recommended to my favorite billiards spot to avoid this place. I love all the staff except the blonde manager who is a complete total judgmental not nice human being... I have 5 different terminal illnesses i sufferred a stroke and i have a crazy retainer in my mouth.... And she kept (not even asking )but telling my bff that i was on something... I was not on anything... Im dying and this girl was seriously so rude she wouldnt even talk to me shed only talk to my friend... Then we decided to leave and the whole time we were leaving she was causing a scene.... The other bartenders are amazing but the blonde manager is a pathetic excuse for a human being... Eho treats someone with 5 terminal illnesses like that? Im disgusted by her... She needs fired...

Came in for lunch first time. Definitely a locals spot, everyone there knew each other and was told I looked like the IRS when I walked in. Sitting at the bar the service was fast and nice enough. This was the first place in Vegas I've been to that didn't have large beers, which was odd. They do have a few craft beers at least. The building looks nice, though the construction was a big fail. The ventilation is poor at best and it's filled with smokers. I get keeping Vegas the way it is and letting people smoke, but there needs to be proper ventilation. I think I got a cartons worth in 1 hour.

Maybe it's because I am from Small Town Washington (Longview) But 3 Am is Not That Late to be Driving My Electric Wheel Chair Thru Town And Need a Charge. ONLY TO BE TOLD WHEN I ASKED IF I CAN CHARGE IT CLOSER TO ME. THAT IT WAS FINE. NOBODY WOULD MESS WITH IT WHERE IT WAS. OUTSIDE OF MY SIGHT. GRRRRRR. Maybe It was Just the server and His Comment. Maybe It Was Me Maybe It was the Star's Above. We May Never Know. But It Left Such A Scar on My Psyche. I had to Leave this Review.

Good service and good food. Stopped in for lunch and coffee. Friendly staff and nice environment. Multiple TVs covering sports and shows. Area with pool tables and wrap around bar. It is a bar, so there is smoking. At lunch, no one was smoking, but it does smell like smoke. The smell didn't bother us and will be back. I appreciate the great customer service of the 2 women in there.

My Tacos were good except they skimp on the lettuce and tomatoes. The pizza was terrible! I ordered a few toppings, one of the toppings was Jalapeño. They put about a jar with a lot of juice. Under the cheese and in top as well. Like 4x the amount needed. I'm so mad it's soggy and the rest of the toppings are barely cooked. The crust was doughy. I recommend the tacos though!

Scheduled an event at this bar over 1 month in advance. Met with the GM (Tish) numerous times at 2 different locations to ensure the bar would be able to accommodate us. Confirmed our reservation 2 weeks in advance. With less than 48 hours to our event, the GM calls and cancels us because she double booked us. Went to Timbers down the road instead and wont be returning.

Johnny the grave bartender who works Tuesday - Friday is amazing. Works hard and interactive with everyone. Matt who works swing on Friday is superb! Candice who works days on Thursday - Saturday is a sweetheart. They are all good people. They have been the backbone of Lucky's for years. I just wish they had food 24/7 or I'd give it 5 stars.

Great place to watch sports. The kitchen may or may not be open as if this review, but, order your food and eat there until they get staff back. Bar tenders and servers are super awesome! There is a small outside area that you can bring the dog companion. 2 pool tables and 1 electronic dart board.

It's your typical smoky neighborhood bar. The bar has two pool tables and a shuffleboard table. They have a full bar, but no specialty drinks. The have gaming machines at the bar. I ordered a jack and coke and it was strong! No complaints there!

Kevin was amazing!! For our date night in a long time we really had fun and enjoyed ourselves! Definitely recommend!!!

Great food. Too bad this is one of the worst bars for cigarette smoke in Vegas. There is no way to walk out of here without smelling like an ashtray. Saw their Grubhub sign on the way out. Next time I think I will just have them deliver.

We just moved to this area. So glad we found this place. Less than 5 mins delivery after pick up from Uber. The fish & chips, wings, and fried shrimp was so crispy, hot, and fresh. Tried a pizza tonight and it was great. Amazing place.

This is the right place. They actually care about you. Don't just look at reviews from three years ago... It's a new place. Great place to DRANK! GO! GO NOW! .... Seriously, though... A very nice bar with very nice people.

Local dive bar. Video poker that seems to never pay out. Ridiculously smokey most of the time even though they have a smoke-eater. A very big plus is the staff. Friendly, fast, and helpful bartenders. Good jukebox.

Advertised as a lounge and restaurant. Food only comes from a Mexican place next door. Came in on a Thursday at 9:20 hoping to get some good bar food. Nice people, but fail on the food part. Left without eating.

This place could be so much better if they put a little effort into it. The lighting is weird and it smells funky. There are about 15 bars to choose from within a mile of here. All of them are much better.

Mostly friendly, sometimes edgy bartenders, just the way I like my local neighborhood bar. Food is good and affordable. New interior, and outside deck... there is smoking, pool tables and a few bar games.

Me and my buddy DJ the party there the people were pretty cool that work there and it was a good time all around I recommend everybody go to Lucky's who knows you might even get lucky haha

Matt and Dave really took care of my group of friends while we were there for the memorial of our friend. We'll definitely be back because of their empathy and customer service.

Good food, tight slots. No comps even after 60-80 in the machine between my friend and i. They have pool though which is rare now since pandemic so that gives an extra star.

Can't tell from the outside how big and clean it is. It has dart board and pool tables. Dave the bartender on grave is awesome and funny. Great place to hang out.

I like it here because they have 3 pool tables and one is always available. Also darts, shuffleboard, TV's, music, video poker, and nice bartenders.

Great bar and gaming! In the land of large corporate taverns, it is always nice to come across the independents with a great atmosphere and staff.

One of the best places that really makes you feel like you are part of a family. Love all the bartenders and Tish De Salvio is a great Manager.

Went to watch the 49ers play the Cowboys. Plenty of TV's. Moved from sitting at the bar to the front room with 3 large TV's and no smoke.

I'm not sure why this place was so empty in the morning. Their breakfast burger was so good, I wanted to eat more but it's so much meat.

The combo pizza is really awesome, and the honey sriracha cauliflower is great too , esp if you like a twist on something different.
