I have my parcels delivered here. Last time I provided my photo I.D., a tracking number, the size of the item and even showed the shop attendant the email from EBay stating it was delivered to them by Australia Post and the exact day and time they had received it. The attendant still didn't want to release the item. He even served other customers while I was waiting. In the end, I said I had to leave and would come back another time. This is when he put it on the counter. I explained I had another item arriving within a few days and asked if I would have similar issues collecting it from them. He said he didn't know. Today I went to pick up that item. I greeted the attendant who was looking at his phone and didn't respond. I said I had a parcel to pick up and asked him what he needed. I provided photo I'D. He asked me if I had a text message. I said no, an email. He asked me if I had checked the address. I asked him "what address?" He said "this address." I asked "why, I know where it is, I always pick up my deliveries here". He then tried to tell me there was another shop where it could be. I could see he wasn't going to give it to me and I wasn't going to spend another 15 minutes arguing about it like the previous time. I just told him to keep it. He responded "I don't want it."It's just awful, rude service. I ended up walking out without it.

Sort your staff out! I went in this morning, 1/3/23 at 6am to check some scratchies. One came up as a payment win, and another as a free ticket. Cashier proceeds to give me the free ticket and repeatedly deny that the other winning ticket had won, even though it had shown on screen it was infact a winning ticket. After a few minutes of arguing, he then offers me $2. I have no idea what I had actually won on that ticket, but I can guarantee that he pocketed the cash. If I didn't have to catch the next train, I would have disputed this further with him. Absolute THIEF!! I will be reporting this...

Came to pick up a parcel for opening. No one was there and whoever opened was 20 minutes late.

Staff was rude to me, but the service was quick.
