Young professional, as I recently moved into the area, this was the first place I called (based on the great reviews). I dropped off my clothes in a laundry bag, and for .99 cents per pound, they performed a simple wash and fold. The Laundromat is clean, and the staff is friendly. My clothes were nearly folded and organized when they were returned back to me. I would recommend Ludlow to new/existing people in the area, as a quick stop, same day laundry service. Looking forward to dropping off my laundry in the future!

Maybe they’re good as a self serve laundromat, but this review is specifically for the dry cleaning. I requested next day pick up. They took it honoring that request. They didn’t have to and I could’ve found another business which I wish I did. It’s two days later and I’m told my items are in QUEENS in someone’s broken down truck. they do not do the dry cleaning on premise. Big No No and I will not return here NOR recommend this business.

New, clean, spacious laundromat run by friendly, familiar neighborhood family. Plenty of beautiful new self-service washing machines in multiple sizes with digital countdown timers, alongside rows of efficient new 3-temperature dryers. Other available services: drop-off wash and fold (same day upon request and discounted 15% until 7/27/19) and dry cleaning. I’ve never been so excited about a laundromat in my life!

Usually kind and efficient, but every few months I get gaslit about whether they can accurately bleach something/things coming back w stains that weren't there to begin with! This time they used softener on everything which I always tell them I'm allergic to, and they refused a refund at the counter despite there being a note about it on my client file. I'm sure it's fine for DIY, but avoid drop off if you can.

The cleanest, easiest, nicest laundromat in the area. The family was super helpful and patient explaining to me how everything worked- and wash cycles only take 27 minutes! You can leave your detergent there if you do your own, or they can wash your clothes for you. There's also wifi for while you wait (though no seating.) Going here was truly an enjoyable experience when I expected it to be anything but!

Best wash and fold in the city! They are fast, clean, and my laundry comes back smelling amazing (unlike other laundromats). I got my laundry done before unexpectedly leaving the city, came back 2 months later and the clothes in my drawers still smelled like heaven. Lastly, the family that runs it as kind as they come. They pick up/deliver if needed too. Cash only but they have an ATM.

Run by a very nice family. Very clean, all new equipment, plenty of washers and dryers. And, if you forget your soap, they sell a cup for $1 -- good deal rather than buying a $12 bottle at other laundromats. I did my laundry there so I can't speak to their dry-cleaning services, but I would guess they're equally good. I'll definitely be back.

Local laundromat run by a super nice family. They are responsive and efficient. I used to supply my previous laundromat with my own softener and detergent but I don't need to because my laundry always comes back smelling amazing. Prices are cheap for Manhattan, so glad to have found this business!

This laundromat is clean, quiet and had easy to use machines with English and Chinese instructions. The staff were kind and helpful as soon as we arrived. Facilities offered are self-service, drop-off and laundry detergent (powder and/or liquid) are available to be purchased.

Pristine laundromat with many machines and super kind staff. Highly recommend. Note that if you're dropping off laundry to pick up, there is a $15 credit card minimum to avoid a credit card surcharge, so plan ahead and bring cash if needed.

Huge space, machines are fast and effective. I washed my white pants with other colors, and they are still perfectly white! Owner’s daughter was really nice and kind, she helped me at every single step.
