Terrible florist do not use! I ordered my wife flowers and chocolates for our one year anniversary. Flowers were delivered but they had forgot the chocolates. She received them shortly after they realized they forgot them. They showed up completely melted! What a waste of $40 for chocolates. I spoke with owner regarding the situation and she said she would give me a credit towards a future delivery. So I asked if she could send flowers to my wife on her birthday. She took the order, name and address and what I wanted to send. I asked for a confirmation for the credit and order through email and I never received anything. So I reached out again and she assured she would send me an email. Never received anything. The day the flowers were supposed to be delivered they never arrived to my wife's work so I reached out via text because she would not answer my calls. She responded once saying she would look into it and now she wont return my emails, calls or text message. Do yourself a favor and use another Florist!

First time ordering from shop. Nobody answered the phone when the shop was supposed to be open and the doors were locked. I had a scheduled pick up time and waited 20 min and finally I had to leave. After a few hours of continuing to call the shop and no answer they finally called me back. I told them I was at work and could not come get them. They made up for the frustrating few hours with free delivery and bringing them very quickly. I do have to say that the flowers looked absolutely beautiful. Just be carefully about your pick up times, I would call ahead and make sure that they are there and the door will be open.

When you buy flowers from this shop you will be disappointed when you pay $150 for a bouquet of flowers that you picked out on their website only to receive a flower bouquet that is not the pic on site, smaller and looks cheaper than the elevated one you chose and paid for. Then You call and discuss your unhappiness only to be argued with by the owner who offers a credit but you can;t trust her to make the bouquet you think you are getting. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND PRICE GAUGING!

This is the WORST flower shop that I have encountered. I ordered a specific arrangement, with a 2-day delivery and a photo of the arrangement. I've called several times as the product has not been delivered. No answer to my phone calls, or any communication. As a former owner of a flower shop, the service is totally lacking. I am going to cancel my credit card order. Do NOT use this shop if you want good customer service and attention!

Paid $75 for flowers and delivery. Front desk said no one ever came to deliver flowers. Owner said the delivery was attempted, but could not be completed. I asked for a refund. The owner said she would deliver tomorrow. I said no, it’s for a friends birthday. The owner said that she would deliver that evening around 8-9. I texted her around 9. No response. Today is the day after, no refund yet.

This was my first time ordering from here and it was incredible. Firstly they did a good job of communicating with me over the phone with my order, payment & delivery status. The flowers were really beautiful & they did same day delivery which is amazing. I really appreciate the effort & job that was done to not only selecting my flowers & writing my message but also delivering it.

Horrible service, bad flowers, and pictures on website not what you get. Do those look the same? I did ask for premium package. I wanted the red vase, simple and elegant. Not something I can get at frys.
