Terrible customer service. I went in looking for a bouquet only to be met with rudeness and a complete lack of interest. Staff were preparing for a wedding at the time and most of their stock was being used for this purpose. They were unwilling to indicate what flowers were actually for sale and when approached said that they were far too busy to help either put a bouquet together or let us know what was actually for sale. If this was the case, they should just have kept the shop closed. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

We have just returned to Australia after having the most spectacular wedding in Cape Town. Thank you to Lush Flowers for putting on the most incredible display of flowers and decor on our special day. It was everything we had hoped for and more.
