Great service by Elie. Just the way I like to buy a car; no pressure whatsoever, salesperson very open to our questions and requests. Obtained a fair price for my exchange car (much better than what I was offered by 3 other garages). Unlike other dealers in the area, the cars that are for sale are offered in great condition from the start, including inside detailing, so there is no fear that the car will be delivered with unsolved esthetic issues. As well, there is no useless back and forth between the salesperson and his manager with regards to how much you'll pay for the car and how much they'll give you for your exchange; you deal with one person for all steps of the purchase and no one keeps you waiting. In the end I feel that, compared to other dealers offering similar cars for sale in Ottawa, I obtained a better deal and much better service. I highly recommend Luxury Auto Imports if you are looking for low-mileage, exotic and higher-end cars, mostly selling for over $20,000 (although at times you can find a few gems under that price). Service: Low sales pressure environment. Salesmen where courteous and patient. They were also very quick to answer my questions before and after having signed the papers. Negotiation was quick and easy. Price: I had been looking at buying this car model for 2 years, needless to say I had done my research. Over the two years I looked at it, including in Toronto and Montreal, I never saw a better deal than this one. Quality of the car: I have had the car for 5 months and put close to 7,000 KM on it. In that time, the only service I have required has been to change the oil. To do so, I took it to the car manufacturer's dealership as it was still under warranty. The manufacturer's dealership verified that it was till under warranty, did a 200 point inspection and did not find a single issue with the car. Overall experience: great, have and will continue to recommend this dealer. Will look at what this dealer has to offer when I need to purchase my future cars before looking at other places.

He'll provide you with all relevant options ranging from fiancing your car to recommending well known mechanic shop in town. This is my third cars I have purchased from Eli in the last 7 years. In all 3 purchases, the experience is the same cordially, friendly and awesomely treatments. He would go out of his ways to make his customers happy with their new purchases. Little gossip story, after my recent purchase from Eli, my car fuel sensor issues and he took care replacing the damged sensor with new one and even paid for fixing it. I was going out of town and i asked my wife to dropped off the car with the mechanic shop. Eli volunteered to bring the car back to my place and even had to park the car in our apartment basement parkade. So, I was in the market for a Porsche Boxster for many years after having sold my previous one. I was looking all over the region and finally came across Luxury Auto Imports. I had never heard of them but the pricing was right. After going there, I found that Elie, the owner was an incredibly knowledgeable person regarding cars and their pros and cons. For the duration of my experience with them, I was treated with respect and kindness. Elie even picked me up on the day of my purchase so I did not have to Uber!!! Wonderful people, they take the stress out of buying a used car, zero pressure and up to the last minute, their focus is on customer satisfaction. I'm from Toronto, they had the car I was looking for, Eli answered all my questions and he obliged to my requests when I asked him to send me carp roof and get the Toyota info on the car, he called me with everything I requested, and I reserved the car over the phone with a credit card, and the nice surprise was when I got there, the car was everything they said and more, it took me 20 minutes and I was driving back. Paid a $500 deposit on a BMW, but unfortunately wasn't able to fly to Ottawa from the maritimes to pick it up. Ultimately, they held the car for a few days and refused to refund the deposit because they "replaced the brakes"; however, this obviously needed to be done regardless and shouldn't negate a refund. Disappointed in the professionalism of this business - thankfully my local BMW dealership was able to sell me a vehicle with exceptional service. Will never deal with this company as an out-of-province customer again! Common sense and decency was trumped by the company's bottom line, which is probably representative how they treat all business matters. Car looked decent in pictures though!

I have dealt with Elie for a number of years now and have always been treated fairly and honestly with NO pressure, NO intimidation. We first bought a 2006 Saturn Vue for our daughter approx 7 years ago and the car is still going strong , it has turned out to be reliable and economical exactly as Elie said it would be. The second vehicle we purchased a 2010 Audi S5. It was mint and had everything that Elie said. I ran the VIN number at Audi Canada with no issues. We bought a 2015 Legacy from Elie. The vehicle was spotless and it has proved to be a very satisfying car. Elie made the process very simple and very fast. We appreciated that he let my wife and I go out for a test drive by ourselves. They came up with a very competitive price, took care of arranging a car loan with a major bank, and did the paperwork to register and plate the vehicle. We spent less than an hour on the entire process, not counting the test ride. He obtained a missing SD card for the Nav for us with no complaints. I had a great experience with them. Got a great price on the vehicle and I am very happy with my purchase. Car didn't pass the safety so they put on brand new tires and brakes and oil change. Took care of the registration process and I didn't have to worry about any of those things.
