The service I requested was for soak off and SNS on natural nails. They left me sitting for 40min (a soak off is a 15 min job), when I asked how long until someone could finish my nails they seemed annoyed. I mentioned how long I’d been waiting so someone came over and rushed my service - with only 3 dips of SNS per nail and buzzing the top my finger with the drill which literally made me yelp in pain. During this time the salon filled up even with people waiting and still the staff were telling customers to take a seat. I noticed someone else waiting for over 20min unserved when I was leaving. I was then charged $49 for a $40 service (when I asked why it was so much she said they had to “refill” ??) having been in there for over an hour I couldn’t be bothered debating so paid and left. The nails were extremely thin (due to so few coats of SNS) and not filed smooth. They lasted a week and a half only before breaking off. A waste of my time and money. I’ll never go back.

Would not recommend at all. I came in today and was told they were too busy and they asked me to come back in 30mins. I asked if I needed to leave my name or if it would be better for me to wait and they said no no it’s fine go for a walk and come back in 30mins. I come back and am told yeah we can’t take you you need to come back in 30mins. I asked if I could make an appointment because this was me coming back and I got sighed at and told to sit down. Once I finally got my nails done I have to say they were to worst set of acrylics I’ve ever had. The French tips were not the same sizes and even nails were different lengths. I gave up on this place and went to Silver nails and asked if they could possible fix them. The ladies at silver were so lovely and I could not be happier with my nails now. For anyone considering this salon I suggest going to silver nails instead as it’s only 5 min walk away and 100 times better

Absolutely rude. When I called over the phone they were sweet when I specified my situation, although after coming in, the respect levels were extremely low and poor quality service. I had previously come in a week or so ago regarding why my nails hurt and they look outgrown I then began to get really tender fingers and almost everything I did affected my daily life as each nail was chipping off and peeling off my layer of real nails which made my fingers sensitive to the point when I had Band-Aid on my nails to help support the pain. Only today I spoke to the lady’s there in person and they were no help. My nails are bleeding, tender and weak!!!!! And they stated it’s not there responsibility for a poor conditioned job!!!! I’m extremely mad by loosing a overprice manicure and not getting a resolution overall. This is 0/10 a store I should not recommend

Warning to all. Do not go to this salon I put my trust in there waxer and she ruined my eyebrows!!! She waxed to much off one brow and couldn't recognise her own mistake. I was told because I also got a tint this is why it looks that way. But that is not the case they refused to give a refund due to policy nothing was stated outside of the store. They offered to fix the problem but still failed to do so. I would question there qualification and if they actually have a cert to be working. The place was very dirty and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. They are rude and don't like being told when something ain't right. They swear and talk in there own language about you. I'd give the store a 0 out of 5 but Google made me put 1

I had an appointment for 4pm was not attended to till 4.45pm. During this time the staff kept taking in walk ins. Once my pedicure started at 4.50pm my feet were in the water for less than 2 minutes before the rush job on my pedicure was started. After the rushed job the painting of my nails started as my foot was under the uv light for the shellac to set another staff member came and took the uv machine to us on another customer. The whole process from start to finish was a rushed job where I was still charged full price. I then realized that it was their Chinese new year and they wanted customers out of the store. Watergardens centre management really should get involved for the poor customer service.

Every time I have gone to luxury nails the workers are always so friendly and considerate. When I come in with my kids they are always so understanding and attentive to them and do the best job with handling them. My daughter broke a bottle of nail polish and they gave her chocolate cuz she started crying. They have always done my nails really well! I had them do different Christmas designs and showed a picture and they did exactly what it looked like. My nails always look nice and they always make them look great! I really can’t say enough about this place!

I had a booking at 11am, arrived early and wasn't helped until 11:30. The example colours given do not match up with the colour put onto my nail. I got my nails done two days ago and they look like they're two weeks outgrown. I got french tips and the colour starts half way onto my nail and doesn't go all the way down the sides. The worker was rough and rude. She sneezed and said "corona" I did not feel comfortable due to the current circumstances. I would not recommend this salon at all. The nails are tacky and bad quality not worth the price at all!

I went to have my arms wax and my under arms wax and it was the worst experience I have ever experienced! My arm was left really bruised like someone punched my arm, hairs were left on my arms and under arms and the experience was so painful and I never experience pain with waxing! I am very disappointed with my experience here at this salon and I think it is very unprofessional to leave hair on the client and not wax it properly and to hurt the client while waxing and leaving a massive bruise on their arm! I won't be coming here again!

The woman, who I assume was the boss of this salon, was ridiculously rude. She stood behind the girls all the time and made my partner feel awkward. She talked something in Vietnamese which I didn’t understand and the girl working on my partner’s nails started to stare at her. Both then smiled and stared at her while speaking Vietnamese. The quality is not worth the money I paid. Taking from me, don’t go here for your nails services. You will be super disappointed.

Luxury Nails & Beauty is such a welcoming and wonderful nail salon. I’m from the states and I came to Melbourne to spend time with family and while there, we went to get our nails done here. Every single worker was so respectful and kind. They did my nails so beautifully and exactly the way I wanted them too! I just really appreciate how respectful they were and how I was treated so well. Every time I come back to Australia, I’m 100000% coming here!!

I was here a few hours ago, I have been to this place a few times and I was having the same problem every time. Not only is the skin around the edge of my nails destroyed from being filed so hard. And deep cuts that bleed on multiple fingers. I find most of the staff there really nice and try to be friendly but the lady I had barely even acknowledge me and I felt uncomfortable. I was really apalled by the lack of customer service.

After 10 days the Gold leaf on my nails started molding, and I tried to ask them for a free removal ( no refund) but the lady argued with me that I must it touched fake tan or makeup and the cuse if it was my fault. When in actual fact it was molding underneath the top coat seal and don't have access to remove it. Appalling service never going again. Paid $75 for this and it's not even what I wanted!!!!!

Kylie does my lashes and she always does an amazing job. I trust all the girls with my nails. They are proffesional and friendly. Whoever complains about them talking in their own tongue, english is their second language so its easier to communicate to eachother in the most fluent. They are not talking about you! Why dont you try talking to them? They will speak back. They DO know english.

Been using Luxury Nails for quiet some time now. Employees are all vey friendly and welcoming. I usually get long acrylic nails, with Luxury Nails they always last at least 4 weeks ! without any snapping or breakage. I mainly get my nails done with Kim and she ALWAYS does an incredible job - Can do any shape nails, art and always super funny. overall highly recommend :)

this salon is absolutely amazing, the nails are extremely durable and last forever, i've gotten a few sets done here and i've been pleased with all of them. the ladies working here are very sweet and definitely know what they're doing. i had Tiffany do my last set and she did an astonishing job. if you want long lasting well done nails, definitely come here!!

They rushed taking my sns off, which caused a lot of pain to my natural nail, I asked them to be careful but they continued to over file my nails. There was dust everywhere from my nails that they didn’t clean up before putting the top coat on dust was going everywhere over my nails and they tried to blame me because they ate too lazy to clean up

I have been looking for a new nail salon for a few weeks and decided to try Luxury Nails and Beauty. I was very impressed with their high level of customer service. It was very evident that they wanted to make me happy with my experience at their salon. I was very happy with the end result and would recommend them to others.

We had a booking for 7:00 and when we arrived we were told to come back at 7:15. When we returned at 7:15 we were told to take a seat. By 8pm our nails had still not even been started and there were people waiting ahead of us. Booking was a waste of time. Staff were unapologetic and not helpful. Won’t be going back.

Top notch customer service and amazing experience. They are super busy over the weekends so I would recommend calling before hand.They also do walk ins. Thank you for my experience. They did a very good job with my ombré pink and white acrylic sns nails! Was super happy with them, the only minor thing I didn’t like was that she filed my thumbs unevenly to each other and I’m OCD so they annoyed me the whole time I had them. Other than that, very well done job on the ombré.

The ladies here are great! My nails look absolutely amazing. The shape and attention to detail from Kylie was amazing, I’m so happy. So happy that I took my mum 2 days after and we had a pedi together. Lee was great with my pedi and again, took her time. Highly recommend these ladies

I’ve gotten my nails done here every three weeks for the past 5 years, and Tiffany does an exceptional job every single time. There is no place else that I would trust do do my nails. The product is always of high quality, as I’ve never had my nails lift, crack or snap off.

I swear to god that this is one of the worst services, and the worst nails service, I have ever experienced in my life. This place doesn't even deserve one star that Google review provided. Believe me, the service here is not worth any cent of the money you pay for.

They’re very over priced, I paid $75 for acrylics with French tips when they usually cost around $40-55 at other nail salons, are aggressive when checking nails on both hands are the same size. They also cut me around the nails multiple
