We blew the engine on our Honda CRV (not sure how we managed it, but nevertheless). Based on all of the positive reviews on Google, we decided to try giving this difficult work to M & M Quality Auto. Nick worked with us by accepting delivery of the used engine early, by storing our car on site for close to a week, and answering all of our questions prior to getting the work done. I contacted him close to 3 weeks before the work was done- they're a busy shop. I was given a two-day window in the schedule for doing this work. Here are the results- the work was done on the days that were scheduled, not later. The work was done and the car was ready for pickup as promised 3 weeks earlier. The price was right as estimated, in spite of their having to perform a few additional bits of work. They kindly chose to help control our costs by keeping the cost within the promised price range. The car runs great! As invasive as an engine swap is, there are simply no issues aside from the car needing an alignment. Considering how hard Nick worked, and how diligent he was in keeping our costs as promised, we'll happily pay for the alignment. He scanned the CPU numerous times, identified an electrical issue (not related to the work he did), took notes, and sent us on our way. So. I have to concede that he keeps the promises that he makes, he accurately controls and oversees his schedule, which is good news for anyone bringing their vehicle in for repair. If he says it, you can depend on it. Also, the work is done properly, with additional information about your vehicle made readily available. That was our experience- I would wholeheartedly recommend this service to any reasonable, decent customer. Andy Lukss

I went into M&M Quality Auto Care yesterday, on a recommendation after being stood up by another shop. Nick was waiting for me outside, listened to my concerns about the car and told me he would look into it. Knowing it was almost the weekend, he had told me it may take up until Monday to be ready as he was booked solid. By this morning he had already looked at/test drove my car, found the issues and I had my car back within a day. The car drives beautifully, it feels safe and I will absolutely be trusting this shop with my car from now on. Trust and quality work I am writing this review after few months the weld is still holding. (flex pipe that i bought my self) One of the most important things a mechanic needs to earn is trust and nick has proven that. I called over 45 garages around Ottawa west to weld a flex pipe on, one that i bought not many wanted to do it , some did not want to "quote over the phone" some were too busy, and the ones wanted to do it charged double (with next day appointment) . This is a new garage and the cost is honest and DIY friendly i.e if you screw things up to fix your own car he does not laugh at you. Only if all garages we as nice as this then i would never need to worry and see if the job is being done right.

I don’t usually trust places with only 5 star reviews, so I was hesitant to come to this place but I now see why. I booked the appointment in the busiest time of the season and I had a few things that needed work, but Nick was extremely helpful. He booked me in, purchased the parts that I needed and kept me updated throughout the process. The work was done ahead of schedule, all the tasks were very well done and the service was excellent. The prices are also very reasonable. He also offered contactless service, which is great considering that we’re in the second wave of a global pandemic.

Very fast and great customer service. These guys are phenomenal and willing to help with open ears. Good diagnosis. Gave me an accurate assessment of what needs to be done. Very fair with letting you know what should be done immediately vs in the future vs. down the road. NOT looking to gouge you like some places. Brought in my 2007 Civic coupe I had just aquired which has more than a few issues. Had a huge rumble. They made sure to get her purring again and at a very reasonable price. Thanks Nick and staff!!

I had to get my winter tires put on in the middle of January due to body repairs that took 4 months - I was able to get an appointment booked within 24hrs and despite them being a bit behind, they still had my car up and getting its tires switched within 5min of my appointment time. Comfy chairs to wait, and you can tell that this place is well loved by the owners and staff. I think I've just found my new regular auto care spot!

I only have good things to say about Nick and his team! I’ve been trusting Nick with my regular maintenance for just over a year now, and am always met with friendliness, a smile, and trust! If i am ever asked by a friend on where to bring their vehicle for diagnosis, repair, or maintenance, this is the place I recommend!

All I can say is this shop and Nick are second to none. Incredibly fast, truly professional, should my vehicle need anymore repairs (hopefully not), but if it does, I'll be a repeat customer. My car is always well looked after. The staff is always willing to help, with appointments or answering questions. Nick shares the cost of parts and when it is time to replace. I never feel like I am being ripped off. I learn a lot about my car from his advice and assistance.

Had a small tire issue that I wanted looked at before a road trip. Nick squeezed me in and sorted out the issue quickly and had me on my way within minutes. Professional and great customer service. I will go back next time I have something I want looked at on my vehicle.
