Do not go to this garage if you're needing structural maintenance on your vehicle, our ford focus went into have a right drivers side front arm fitted and when we collected the car and drove it away it was making an awful crunching and clunking noise on the right hand side, we took it back the next day and told them of the problem, they said the work they carried out was correct and done properly yet after they had another look they then admitted the problem was with the drive shift on the right hand side, said it may need replacing, when we took the car in there was no noise yet when we first drove it away from the garage it was damaged, clearly they damaged the drive shift by ragging at the cv joint whilst putting on the drivers arm, this was done without taking the wheel off when it's not meant to be, they also damaged the locking wheel nut, don't go to this garage as they do not accept blame for anything when they have broken your vehicle

I noticed my car was making an extremely loud noise so took it to well known test centre to diagnose the problem. They told me the middle of my exhaust had blown, and it would be £228 to repair. As my car is quite old, I knew straight away that the price was almost half of what the car is worth. I googled local garages and MCC came up, so I called them for a quote. I was absolutely blown away by the price and asked when to pop in. They said I could come whenever so I went in around an hour after. It turns out, the original diagnosis was wrong and the actual problem ended up being cheaper than originally quoted!!! I waited and got my car back in around 30 minutes. I’m not from the Leeds area and I’m used to smaller garages and I have to say this service was completely on par with what I’m used to. Extremely quick, excellent prices and great service too. I’ll definitely be recommending MCC to everyone.

Had a drive train fault with my BMW and these guys managed to fit me in within the hour on the same day which was great. The guy on the phone initially said the clutch was going which wasn't the case. I had told them I'd had this same issue before that was previously fixed at another garage so it was likely the same problem and I showed the invoice so they could see what work was done. When I got there the guy plugged in the machine to see the fault (cylinder misfire) and initially put it down to a wiring problem that would require an electrician to come out the following week. He cleared the fault which came back immediately and charged me £40 for the "diagnostic" even though it was the same issue I had initially told them about. Took it to another garage and they fixed it in 10 minutes by replacing an ignition coil which didn't require an electrician at either of the other two garages.

Ladies, hear me out here! I cannot recommend this place enough… I stumbled upon this place on my way to work when my car decided to perform weird stuff - guys checked the car over, took it for a test drive and reassured me nothing was wrong - did not even charged me for this. Since then I kept coming back for my MOTs and servicing… they are so honest, don’t overcharge, they will tell you when something needs doing (e.g. when I asked for service they were honest: you don’t really need a service - you only did 2000miles since last year). They genuinely do look after us and if you are like me: I just drive my car, couldn’t even change a tyre or haven’t changed my oil in a year… they are our guys! I love what they stand for and how friendly the service is. Forever Customer

Discovered MCC Auto through Google as was looking for somewhere who secured heat shields. After reading the reviews, although mostly positive the negative ones did worry me. However after reading a response from the Owner I decided to take a chance. I'm happy I did. Yes the gentleman in the reception are was on his phone, yes but he greeted me with a smile and friendly hello so already a good start. He remembered me from my call fisrt thing in the morning and promptly asked for my keys. After no more that 20 minutes, a very decent bill and great exanation of what was done, I now have a secure heat shield. Thank you MCC Autos for leaving yet another customer satisfied....and yes with a lovely smile from the gentleman in the reception area.

AVOIDE !!! Took to my car for various jobs. Man on counter was the rudest man ever. Check out Star Users review for this company too! Was more interested in playing his pool game on his phone than being polite to his customers! Told he couldn't do half the jobs - even though they confirmed on a call earlier in the week they could. Avoid this company!!! In response.......to your response.... The car was not booked in for a service. It was discussed on the phone on Monday. And the complaint is the rudeness of your staff member. Who was in-fact playing pool on his phone. Which as already mentioned by the other review from "Star Users" is a common theme of rude staff at MCC.

Called in as I was passing today to book my car in for the tracking sorting. They said they could fit it in straightaway for me if I was happy to wait... less than 45 minutes later I was back on the road!! I'd previously been told by another garage that the tracking was seized and it would take over 2 hours and cost over £120 to release it and align it... this obviously was total rubbish (as I suspected)!! Great customer service, very competitive prices and they're totally trustworthy - they didn't try to "up sell" any work that didn't really need doing like so many garages do, so I'll definitely be a returning customer... thank you guys!!

Went here on very short notice, was impressed they managed to try and squeeze me in. Spent 2 1/2 hours trying to remove part of my exhaust only to inform me that it wasn’t possible and I’d have to wait for a new part. I was in a rush and needed the exhaust sorting so took it elsewhere. The other place swapped out the exhaust in 25 minutes and told me no part of the exhaust needed changing. Disappointed that they tried to lie to me and also that they wasn’t interested in actually doing the work. Would have been better if they told me from the get go they didn’t want to do it rather than wasting my time that I didn’t have.

AVOID AVOID AVOID took my car here for 4 wheel alinement, charged me £50 and was worse than when it went in, took it to kwik fit a few days later when I got chance and they told me it doesn’t look like the previous garage even touched it. Kwikfit sorted it for £35. Went back today to get a refund to be told by the rudest most stuck up guy on the counter to basically jog on. Set of cowboys if you ask me wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole

Took my car in for 4 new tyres and an MOT and a Oil & Filter Change. Oil left on the engine, my timing belt is now squeaking 4 new budget tires fitted (as requested) BUT they chipped all my rims car is now pulling hard to the left! i havent bothered going back, ill just find another garage. only reason i put 2 stars is that i got a same day appointment and it was the cheapest price I could find. Get what you pay for i guess.

Had an exaust fitted this morning on my wife's car. I cannot praise the experance highly enough. The staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. The work was first class and carried out in the time stated. I will be going again for tyres for my vehicle. They also fit tyres and do other work. They are well worth a phone call, you won't regret it. Keep up the good work lads, Brian.

Fiesta lost power have had this issue before and was charged equivalent to monthly mortgage payments by Ford. This time went to MCC couldn’t believe how speedy they found the problem and fixed it; plus, their prices are extremely competitive. My car is actually driving better than before! Wonderful job MCC l will definitely be coming back.

AVOIDE !!! Went for tracking, Extremely rude person on the counter, Did tracking in 5min & was told its done, As soon as went on drive it was exactly same. Went back again & they guy was annoyed , They did it again & guess what ? Same again & as soon as started driving ABS light came on ! I bet they chopped one of the wire !! AVOIDEEEE

Really saved the day for us when 4 other local garages couldn’t get our tyre off to repair it. They were helpful from the minute we rang them, it took them half an hour to do the job if that and they charged us a really reasonable price. Will deffo be using them again in future thanks so much guys :)

Brilliant service! Would highly recommend. Went in with a blown exhaust for a quote - were more than happy to get it sorted there and then and for a very good price. I was in and out with a brand new exhaust (fitted) in an hour and a half. Very professional service.

I just randomly turned up one Saturday with an exhaust issue, they replaced it under warranty there and then, also spotted my rear springs had snapped, replaced these as well there and then, good price, good banter, have used before and will still use again

I had a twisted rear axle on a 3 year old car which made it very uncomfortable to drive. Vauxhall wanted to charge well over £1k. So I sourced the part myself and got it fitted at MCC at a much lower cost and a brilliant result. Car feels spot on now.

Quick, straightforward and don't mess around. I've had a service, 2 rear bushes and a new clutch/flywheel done here and all seems good so far. Can usually sort out within a day - limited parking.
