When you need flowers arranged as a beautiful bouquet and urgently, these guys have got the variety, the service and the right price. They are also open more hours than most other florists. That is if they are still in business. I was looking for a florist in the Rosebank Mall that I remembered from some time ago, but that had closed down. There wasn’t any other dedicated florist either anywhere in the Mall. I could get normal bouquets at Woolies though, but not the type I wanted. Some other florists suggested by Google maps in the area were outside the mall, but they were not there when I drove past. Luckily I remembered this shop at Melrose Arch by the entrance to the underground parking near the other Woolworths there. They also had a big selection of vases to choose from ranging from cheap to expensive. I chose one and the one lady there took the flowers I chose and advised me on what else to put with them. She worked her magic and came up with an amazing arrangement and very quickly. This shop turned out to be a lifesaver. They also have a variety of snacks and chocolates etc. So they provide a one stop shop for flowers and a bit more. Will always go back.

Cannot understand the point of having a listed telephone number if nobody bothers to answer the phone. Might as well negate completely the need to list any telephone number so that a customer doesn't waste time by constantly dialling a number which evidently is as useful as a paneless window during a rainshower. I prefer to call ahead of going into any store to ensure they have what I'm looking for so as to avoid aimless wandering around a shop floor, or worse wasting my time and my fuel to drive out to a establishment. Suffice to say if they cannot even answer the telephone I highly doubt their in-store customer service is any more promising.

Always supported this business until meeting the manager who was rude arrogant and accused us of popping a balloon.He did not listen to reason just said that if you leave my store it not my problem even though we just walked out the store when it popped. It was quite an expensive balloon so we expected it to last at least a day as we were told it should last 3 weeks.most appalling service provider. He refused service, was utterly rude for no apparent reason but seemed to be racially charged, and had no manners whatsoever.

I love this place!! They have a good variety of flowers, the assistants are so friendly and helpful, they help you make up a bunch/bouquet in no time. In addition, there are a range of add-ins available to make your gift special. Imported chocolates and snacks, plush toys, candles, cards, balloons, vases, plants, you name it. The location is also great, right as you enter Parking 2 at Melrose Arch, which, in my book, is a huge plus. And finally, their prices are reasonable

This has always been my favourite flower market and I came by early to pick up some birthday flowers- granted I was appr. 15 early but they wouldn't even let me walk around the shop before it officially opened, even though there was someone at the till and a few staff members present. Sometimes customer service extends beyond blindly following rules, particularly if it wouldn't result in seriously adverse consequences.

So sad when the manager or owners thinks ice cream comes our of him. It's even worse when the flowers you purchase don't last more than two days! Don't know why I decided to use them.. always good where the service is best don't support people who don't appreciate your business and don't care about you as a customer. Woolies flowers last almost 2 weeks in my home. Never again will I shop here!

I would love to give them another 5star if google would have allowed me to rate them for the second time. They have done the flower arrangement for my daughter last year and this year Birthday. The flower basket was around R1000 but we really got what we paid for. Flowers have been fresh few days after the party. I trust them for any party flower arrangement.

I was at the flower market on Sunday. Owners/Management are unhelpful & not nice in general. Flowers I purchased haven't lasted long. I normally buy flowers every week from a variety of places, these are the poorest quality I've bought. I do not recommend this place. Rather support those that are thankful for your business & appreciate their customers.

A terrible place to go, really. David who works there is extremely rude to customers, not just myself. The staff that work there are unhelpful and very rude and act as if it’s an effort to help one. I received horrible service here. They need to learn about customer service. I won’t be returning back here ever and would NOT recommend it to anyone.

Terrible service, the staff was rude ..went there in the morning and asked them to deliver a gift urgently but instead they never delivered the gift...they had excuses for not delivering the gift, I had to go and collect my gift and ask someone else to deliver it. What a waste of money and time...I'm never going back to that store...

Alot of goodies and gifts to choose from. Some are readily packed or you can make up your own hamper. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about their freshly picked flowers. The shop is ideally located at the entrance/exit of the mall which makes it easy to do some gift shopping.

Absolutely disgusting service I have never met such rude owners before. When asking a question at the till I got told off and instructed to ask the other staff. I ended up just walking out after the other owner told me that his colleague was not rude to me.

These flowers don't last. I was in a rush and went in to buy a big boquet here for R350. After I had already purchased the flowers, I noticed that many flowers were already dying. The rest of the boquet was dead in 4 days. Buyer beware.

Rubbish service. I contacted them over a week in advance of my event to assist with flowers.i was told to come deliver my vases a couple days before to finalise and I was turned away.

Bought flowers on Thursday and by Saturday they were dropping! Being a regular flower buyer I know how to care for cut flowers. Will never buy flowers from Melrose Arch Flowers again!

Customer service not the greatest. Manager a bit on the defensive side, wish he had a different approach. As the saying goes, you can get more flies with honey than vinegar.

The shop is lovely and reasonably priced. Some flowers seem a bit wilted, but the service is excellent, and they have a wide selection of flowers and gifts.
