As far as Park & Rides go, it's fine, and there are plenty of buses during rush hours. However, there is very little signage for drivers. Many Lyft, Uber, & other cab drivers do not realize where they are allowed to pick up or drop off a passenger. A lot of Yellow Cab drivers refuse to pick you up there! More visible signs, please!
Gets me to work in peace and harmony. 20 minutes ride to downtown, sleep or read or whatever you want to do. A more productive way to go all via HOV rather than getting stuck in traffic. A trick to parking is go all the way in the back past
My only complaint about this particular location is that it is surrounded by things that do not make one feel safe and comfortable. Yes, the Metro facilities are usually well lit and a fence is around them, but there is no secure presence.
In the drainage ditch beside the road is a door to a Hobbit hole. Yes, it's true! Few know this fact. If you lilt an enchanting tune, sometimes you can lure out the Old Man of the Mound who resides there. Give him food and he will hold
Some of the bus drivers are so ridiculous they're driving like we are going to their house and 99is always late the bus didn't show up at Greenpoint transit center at 10:23pm and I have been waiting for one hour Metro sucks …
My first encounter with the lady bus driver was not pleasant though. I was not aware, how to ride the very first time. Transit station is bit confusing for a new rider. Overall it's a good service, within limited areas of Houston
For downtown commuters who hate traffic, this is a great option to get you from the Stafford area to the heart of downtown. The buses are fast, reliable, and safe. Most times I am able to take a nap on the bus without worry.
Convenient and easy to get to so that we may catch Fort bend paraTransit to venture off into Stafford, Sugarland, Richmond, and part of Katy. Usually, we make this connection so we can go to Gringos texMex Kitchen.
Was led there by Google Matt 2 cat a bus home. When I got to looking at what bus and time I was waiting on the bus did not come in until the next morning which the route did not say that in the beginning
Have to admit I regret not having used this service since moved to the neighborhood. I can easily understand why the parking lot is full, as it is very efficient for traveling to and from downtown.
Yesterday was a terrible day for me because West bellfort and fondren had to detour then it was a detour with the it was three hours before I got home and it was that was sad …
Driving the HOV Lane can easily save you 20 minutes in bound and outbound during heavy traffic hours. Find you someone to carpool with and park at this park and ride. We'll worth it.
Best way to commute between sugarland and downtown... in the mornings you'll find buses every 5 mins till 8.30am.. after that buses will be available every 30 mins..
Always on time. Smooth ride. I really enjoy sitting in the back and relaxing rather than driving myself and waving at other friendly Texans...one finger at a time.
What's there to say. I park my car here and when I get back it's still there. It's kept clean. The downtown bus runs every 3 to 5 minutes until about 830 or so.
They dont have bathrooms and it smell like pee i gave it a 3 because over all its ok and oh yea the number to get ur schedule for ur bus does not work
SO many bugs during rain. Not a good place to wait. One time a drunk guy from street started roaming around the area. But place was clean otherwise.
Plenty of parking although certain areas get flooded during storms. Negative is time it takes to get out to hwy 59 at evening peak time.
The location is in a rougher part of town, homeless in the area, but not on premises. I'm there twice daily and always clean and safe
I would love to give 4 stars but some people don't stop at the stop sign when getting on & off the Hov Lane …
Large area fairly well lit. Clean, but security may be an issue. I won't leave someone there alone after dark.
Plenty of parking. Safe to park during day. Not in the best area of town, so I wouldn't park here over night.
I love commute by bus. Very relaxing. Park my car at park and ride and take a bus. So much convenient.
Need commuter bathrooms, replacing concrete seats. But otherwise accessible within Houston.
i like the way the driver stop for me when he know i was behind the schedule abd late.
It was not a bad place, but I didn't use the park function of it.
My car radiator broke down, can I leave my car overnight?
Very big Metro parking lot and clean and organized spots.
No problems so far.
