The service of Leidy was incredibly good - she was friendly, very precise and super fast! Thank you so much! Like I do at my regular nail salon in Cali, I booked an appointment for the exact same services as I do normally via the fresha platform. Unfortunately they charged me way more than I booked without explaining/ mentioning it before. Therefore I didn’t even have enough cash with me and needed to pay by card, which cost me another 5 % on top. In addition, the bill they send me via email is stating a lower price than the one I was charged. Who knows how much it was supposed to be in the end! I mentioned all of this to the girl in charge of reservations, but she couldn’t care less. What a shame for such nice work! P.S.: also they send to Spanish speaking ladies away, because they didn’t have an appointment, but the two foreigners that arrived shortly after them were welcomed easily without an appointment. Probably that’s because they think tourists are not going to say anything about the price roulette they are playing!

So I had horrid nails that someone messed up in Florida and I was honestly embarrassed but the ladies here didn’t judge and made my nails look so beautiful after. I also loved how they didn’t just try to upswell me with acrylics or false lashes they let me know my nails are brittle so they will reinforce it with gel. And to just pass on the lashes because I might be still sensitive since I had lost lashes from a lash tech somewhere else. They instead offered me a hydrating treatment and it was so nice. I liked that they had a TV and I was just watching while they did all of that. No need for me to move from chair to chair it was relaxing and I would definitely recommend this place. Also of course everything is clean and packaged always sterilized. I noticed in Colombia they are much more observant of that than in the US. Prices are really good for being in the center of everything.

I am sad to report I had a really bad manicure experience here. I got a dip powder manicure but as you can see it’s splotchy and each nail is very uneven with a strange pattern. Almost every single one of my cuticles were cut too short and it was very painful, I was bleeding on multiple fingers. One of my manicured nails even has blood IN it. It cured with gel so I can’t remove the blood from the manicure. My nail tech knew she had done a poor job so she brought her supervisor over to take a look, and they asked if I wanted to remove it but I didn’t want to stay there any longer so I told her I’d keep them on (I had gotten a pedicure as well so was already there for 2.5 hours at this point). I was hoping they would have comped my manicure or at least given me a discount but they ended up charging me full price. It was a bummer.

Terrible Atencion, cobran por quitar el esmalte de otro lugar y por hacer alguna decoracion por más sencilla que sea, sin embargo decidí hacerme un semipermanente le mostré la imagen del diseño que quería y cuando estaba haciendo el diseño no era lo que esperaba. Al decirle que ese no era el diseño que había pedido se puso brava conmigo y me dijo que no podía hacerlo mejor, pero sin embargo iba a cobrar el total del valor aunque no haya hecho bien su trabajo. No lo recomiendo

If you go for a massage, please go somewhere else. The room you get the massage is in far from welcoming and has no relax vibe at all. It's not dirty, but it's not clean either. The massage seemed improvised and didn't feel professional at all. We booked for an hour, but especially the second wasn't nowhere near an hour. With some help of locals with translation, they luckily didn't charge full but only what we got. They handled that nicely!

Came in for a last-minute normal manicure and pedicure and was delighted! The staff was professional and friendly, the price was crazy affordable, the equipment was sterilized, and they have a ton of OPI colors to pick from. One week later, my nails still look great! A couple tips: I don't speak Spanish, but didn't find this to be a problem. It can be tricky to find - it's on one of the upper floors of a mall.

This place is terrific! My wife and our six daughters got their manicures and pedicures done here on vacation and had a great experience. Worse than expected. I believe they don't sterilize the metal tools as she took from the box, used on me, and back to the same box. The nail polisher was very thick and she had difficulties painting the borders. Most of the borders only got tge first layer of nail polisher and not the second. I think she was a very skilled nail artist but didn't want to have extra work with the details.

Estoy mayormente satisfecha con la manicura y la pedicura. Buen cuidado, bien pintado. Una estrella de deducción para el cuidado de las uñas. Las cutículas fueron empujadas hacia atrás y cortadas. En mi caso, las cutículas se cortaron demasiado apretadas en muchos lugares, por lo que se produjo un corte y se infectó. Creo que las cutículas no deberían cortarse nunca.

The result of the manicure and pedicure was good but the lady was really unfriendly. I told her at least five times to be less rude because it was painful! Then I was charged much more than the price - they said to pay an extra to remove the lack I had but it’s written anywhere! Just because I was gringa I guess…I won’t come back, too expensive and unfriendly

The girls were kind. Quality of the work not so much unfortunately. Inhad a manicure and pedicure. It should have been done again, however we had to leave due to travelling. Therefore 3 nails from my hands were fixed in the little time we had. One of my nails is already letting lose (after 2 days). Two friends of mine were happy though.

Really nice hidden salon! We stumbled across it. Loads of colours (OPI and Masglo), very clean and the ladies are lovely. All the equipment was sterilised. Really happy we found it, would recommend for manicure and pedicure (we got gel). EDIT: 2 and a half weeks later and my gel mani and pedi are still going strong - zero chips :)

Excellent service! I stopped here at the end of my trip to Colombia and I'm so glad I did. This is one of the best gel mani/pedis I've gotten in awhile—they paid a lot of attention to detail and my manicure lasted for more than two weeks. It's easy to book online, the team is responsive over WhatsApp, and the salon is very clean!

Had a manicure, pedicure and waxing. Did enjoy the Mani and pedí (gellac). One nail came off within 2 days but that might be die to the heat in Cartagena. The waxing is the worst I had. Didn’t really saw it until I came home but almost half of my leg was still full of hair and very very patchy. Had to redo everything :(

Nice and affordable place . Its very small. They cleaned my nails like never before. I dont give it a 5 start due to the ventilation. I know is a nail salon and it will smell like chemicals, however it was need a better ventilation system. I came out of that place with an upset stomach from the smell.

I received a mani/pedi here a few days ago. The woman that did my mani and pedi took off a piece of skin from the side of my toe and it bled for a while. I was too shy to say anything at that point but today it’s infected and I’m extremely disappointed. I do not recommend this place at all.

I had a such a fun experience with my friends yesterday. Although, there was some logistic issues related to the remodeling of the place, the staff was really fun and treated us very well. I had both the pedicure and the manicure and I am very happy with the result.

Petite place pendant un long voyage à Carthagene. Découvert par hasard, j’ai reçu une pédicure en gel et un soin, c’était parfait, service professionnel! Ils ne parlent qu’espagnol, mais on a réussi à bien se comprendre tout de même. N’hésitez pas, je recommande.

I got a massage, manicure and pedicure. For the mani- and pedicure they used new disposable instruments or cleaned the instruments before use. The nails are done beautifully with OPI nail polish. The massage was very relaxing. I can recommend this place!
