A 17 years veteran in legal practice ,a thorough gentleman with high degree of legal acumen having “customer centric” approach which I observed and wish to highlight for the benefit of others who may be looking for a legal counsel . As one of his many clients , I came in close contact with him recently and I have no hesitation in admitting that not only he is very systematic but also very meticulous and prudent in his approach which includes guidance at every step so that one can make the right decision when required. Legal matters are dynamic and may change swiftly during the course of legal proceedings owing to multi-variate nature of this game theory . Almost 3 years ago I was assured that I now have strong Court Order for allowing Minimal access to my child. Pressured to constantly "compromise" to finalise court orders, all compromises in favour of my ex. Barrister refused to negotiate a lower child support amount, "it is a cup of coffer per day, you can afford it". With no relief due to unemployment. Wrongly worded the orders costing my 1 day every visit with my daughter. Pressured to accept an enormous property settlement after being led to believe she could get nowhere near that amount. Also with massive financial penalties for me if I was non compliant. No penalities for my ex wife who's non compliance purposely delayed settlement costing me thousands of dollars more. For the 3rd occassion now in 2 years after travelling to Australia, I have been denied access to my child.

My brother hired MST Lawyers and we had a very bad experience acquiring their services. Their costing system does not make sense and they can not provide a cost breakdown of the services they are charging us. Their initial quote to take this case was misleading and we were being asked to pay heaps more before the case even started. My brother paid 2 months of his pay for just couple of meetings. We had paid for a lawyer and our case was being handled by an unexperienced graduate solicitor. When finally we wanted to terminate the contract and collect our legal documents, we received another bill. We were advised that if we don't pay the extra bill, we won't be getting our legal documents. Therefore, think twice before you go to MST Lawyers.

I have nothing but good things to say about the team I dealt with in MST's family law department. Whilst our case wasn't overly drawn it, it was a little on the complex side and I was worried about finding someone who would be able to handle it. I found the advice given to me by MST to be very valuable in the progression of our case and I really don't think we would've won without you. I had a very difficult case in family law and I had a fantastic professional lawyer Carmel Morrison, who helped me for quite some time and was very efficient and highly experienced. I would recommend her to anyone who has any legal case she’s always there to help and to assist in any way possible.

We used this law firm. These lawyers only care about making money and do so by charging highly inflated legal fees. They charge junior solicitor and partner rates on the same piece of work making legal bills huge. Disappointed with service. We would not recommend them.

Horrible experience in their family law department. Stacey Taylor did not even know the mechanics of the system, repeatedly gave inaccurate and bad advice. it was like a comedy of errors. I strongly recommend avoiding MST at all costs.

Very fraudulent business practises, promised me that they would help with a very simple civil case. However, I was only charged fees over fees, where most of the time they were hidden or very exorbitant. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND!

Savvas Apostolou and his team did an amazing job in getting an overseas M&A transaction through to completion. Savvas in particular sacrificed many late nights dealing with Europe. 5 stars doesn't really rate them high enough
